It was such a wonderful Wednesday afternoon, the twins, Merlie & Marie decided to go with their two friends, Eloisa and Opalyn, to the mall. As said twins but they don't look exactly alike. Merlie got long hair and Marie got short hair. Merlie's a bit chubby from Marie and Marie's taller than Merlie. They are both Seniors in the same high school.

They have no classes so they decided to watch a movie and then for some window shopping. The mall was jampacked with people, so it's crammy and suffocating. The girls decided to stop over the IceBerg's for a scoop of sundae or two. The three girls, Marie, Eloisa & Opalyn went to the counter to order while Merlie was assigned to look for a booth someplace.

When she finally found a spot, Merlie sat there just as the same time a cute, brown haired boy sat.He got a cap on his head. He took it off and placed it on the table.

"Uh, i see you're in the wrong booth," Merlie said eyeing the boy. She almost screamed when she realized he look oddly familiar. He got blonde streaks on the side of his hair. She held her breath to stay calm.

"Excuse me, but i sat here the same time, you did," the boy answered back. It was Scott Moffatt.

"I'm saving seats for my three brothers."

"Oh,"Merlie managed to say.

"We're also having splits," he replied.

"Oh, ok."

"Yeah," Scott said looking all over the place. "Why don't we share this booth? Besides, their ok for 8 persons. If you haven't noticed the place is full. If that's ok with you?"

Merlie won't agree to what he says but when she glanced at her surroundings,she saw what he meant. He was right. The place was full of people. "Oh, that's ok."

"By the way, I'm Scott," extending his right hand. "I'm with my brothers, Clint, Bob & Dave. They're at the counter."

"Nice to meet you. I know you're The Moffatts," she said atlast and shook his hands.

"So what did you say your name was?" he asked smiling.

"I didn't, I'm Merlie," she said sheepishly. "I'm also with my twin sister & 2 friends."

"oh, it's nice to meet you, too, Merlie," Scott replied then they fell silent.

"Oh, you're not bad," Scott said interrupting the silence and flashing his most gorgeous smile.

"You’re not bad, either," she replied back and they laughed. It eased the tension. Finally, the three girls came with each has tray and got a sundae on it. They were somewhat surprised to see Merlie with a stranger.

"Oh, Marie, Eloisa, Opal, this is Scott. Is it ok with you guys if he can sit with us with his brothers?" Merlie asked with a wink. Scott turned to look at them with a smile.

"Sure no problem," Eloisa said as a matter-of-fact. She extended her hand "Hi, I'm Eloisa. You can call me, Eloy." Eloisa is a tall and slender girl with shoulder length hair and pretty face that's simple.

"Nice to meet yah," Scott replied as he shook her hands. Eloy sat. "Thanks."

"Why not? Scott looks fine with us," Opalyn added as she sat beside him. "I'm Opalyn. You can call me Opa-opa." she said and Scott waved at her. Opalyn got wavy hair, expressive eyes and a pretty face.

"Yeah," Marie agreed as she placed the tray on the table. . "Hi, I'm Marie, Merlie's twin. Call me, Marcy." Marie sat one seat apart from Merlie's left side.

Scott smiled at the twins. "You don't look exactly alike."

"Yeah," Merlie replied as she took her strawberry sundae off Marie's tray.

"People always say that," Marie replied.

After awhile, his 3 brothers arrived each having trays with banana splits on it. Bob handed down Scott's split and fudge on the table.

"So i see he found a booth," Clint smirked on his brothers.

Scott said," Hey, guys, meet the girls, Merlie, Marie, Eloy and Opalyn. Girls, these are the triplets, Clint, Bob and Dave."

"Hello," they said.

"Hi," Bob said seating between Merlie and Marie's seats.

"Hello," they replied back.

"Hey, ok with you if we squeezed in?" Clint asked.

"Sure you can sit beside me," Opalyn suggested.

"No, it's ok, he can sit beside me," Eloy replied.

"Whatever," Dave murmured and sat between Marie and Eloisa.

Clint just sat between Opalyn and Eloisa. Then, indulged on his banana split.

"So, i see you're having a break, with all those touring, singing and stuffs," Merlie said.

"Yeah," Scott replied taking a scoop of vanilla. "I miss this split. They're the greatest, you know!"

"Yeah, right," Eloisa chimed in. "Right on!" then thumbs up to Scott.

"You know, my friend, Merlie here likes you, Scott," Opalyn gestured.

"Hush, Opal," Merlie blushed. "You're embarrasing me."

Opalyn laughed and so does the rest.

"Oh, how flattering," Scott replied as he looked at Merlie. "Actually, our dad's gonna kill me when he finds out I took the car out and brought along my 3 crazy brothers." He said with a grin.

"Eat my shorts," Clint muttered and they all laughed.

"Oh yeah, he'll be bummed to know we're not in our rooms doing our homework," Bob explained.

"Tsk, tsk, so bad, the four of you," Eloisa warned and they laughed.

"Yeah, very sneaky," Marcy agreed.

"Speaking of bummed, i was totally it when i didn't hear the song 'Don't Walk Away' in your recent concert. Why's that so?" Merlie asked.

"Because we have to sing the songs mostly of Chapter 2," Dave answered as he scooped his split.

"Uhm, ok," Merlie replied.

"Tell you what, we can still sing it for you right now," Scott offered.

"For me?" Merlie blushed a little.

"Yeah!"

"Oh, i'm on a total a bash," Merlie said.

"Don't be or else you'll turn green," Clint joked.

"Hey, that used to be my favorite color!" Opalyn blabbed.

"Sorry," Clint apologized.

"So let's hear it,"Eloisa said. Then the boys sang 'Don't Walk Away.'

"Look in my eyes and let the moment begin..." Scott turned to her. Merlie blushed.

When the song ended the girls clapped.

"Wow, that was great!" Merlie exclaimed. "That was wonderful. I still can't believe you guys sang it to me personally. I love that song esp. now i loved it more when you sang it to me."

"Thanks, we're glad you like it," Scott assured her.

"Ok, no problem," Bob replied.

"Just tell it to us and we'll sing it," Dave reassured them.

"Oh yeah?" Opal asked.

"Yeah."

Then they grew silent.

"Hey," Scott said. "Let's finish our splits before people can notice us."

"Ok, thanks," Merlie said. "But i can still feel your song."

"I'm glad you did," Clint replied sipping the last of his scoop.

"Hey, we also love your song LOVE," Eloy replied.

"Oh yeah?" Dave asked.

"Yup!" Eloy replied. "I play that song over and over at my cd also 'Wild At Heart', and 'Misery' you rock me there!"

"I'm glad you like it," Clint said smiling at her.

"Yup." Eloy said. "'Love 'em!"

"Oh, maybe we could go out sometime and do some bar hopping and dance," Clint asked.

"Sure, just ask," Eloy said back.

"Hey," Opalyn chimed in. "Count me in."

"Sure," Clint said and the three of them laughed.

"You're such a flirt, Clint," Dave gestured.

"Look who's talking?" Clint glared at Dave.

"Oh yeah?"

"Yeah!"

"Hey, chill," Scott refereed. "Cut it out."

Bob laughed and they all laughed.

"Hey, speaking of which, Clint, my friends, Eloy and Opalyn likes you," Merlie said.

"I could see that," Clint whispered to her.

"What's that?" Eloisa asked suspiciously.

"Nothing," Clint replied finishing his split.

"Tell u what, guys, we also have other friends in the group who likes you," Marie said.

"Yeah, there's Christine & Belle, for you, Bob," Merlie replied.

"Oh," Bob said.

"There's Khen and Dorcas, which is totally insane for you, Scott," Eloisa replied.

"Ows, I don't know what to say," Scott turned.

"And Bob, Christine or Tinton, likes you," Merlie said to Bob.

"Oh," is Bob all gonna say.

"Uh-oh," Clint joked. "Another head swirl!"

"Oh, shut up," Bob said then turned to Merlie. "I'm kinda hoping to meet them."

"Sure, no problem," Merlie smiled as she get the last scoop of her sundae.

"There's also Kitkat and me for you, Dave," Marie replied.

"I'm flattered." Dave said.

"So what do you guys do with your free time besides sneaking?" Opalyn laughed and so does the rest.

"Oh, well, we play football, watch tv, go to the mall and stuffs like this and that," Scott answered.

"Ok."

"Are you all single?" Merlie asked curiously.

"Basically, we're all single right now,"Dave replied. "I'm looking for a girlfriend right now. You know i think i found her."

"What???" Scott asked.

"You know, probably through e-mails, and we chat," Dave said dreamily.

"That's cute," Marie said drastically.

"Uh-oh, not those thingies again," Clint replied.

"She's ok," Dave said. "Was that right? I mean was that normal?"

"I think so," Merlie said.

"Hey, it's nice chatting and eating with you," Scott butted in after awhile. "But i think, we oughta go now. Gotta go back to the hotel."

"Yeah," Clint addded. "Maybe dad's wondering what're we up to by now."

"Yeah," Bob replied and stood.

"Hey, but one more thing, how long are you gonna stay here?" Opalyn asked.

"Two weeks. After 5 days of plugging we'll spend a little vacation, too. It's our 3rd day here," Clint replied. "And on Friday, it's our last day of plugging, then vacation here."

"Cool," Eloy replied.

"Yup.You're going to the concert this coming Friday, right?" Clint asked.

"Yes," Opal and Eloy said in unison then they looked at each other.

"Yup," Merlie added.

"How many are you?" Scott asked as he touched the pocket of his jeans.

"Nine, maybe?" Merlie answered.

"Ok, here are some ticket passes backstage after our concert," Bob handed her ticket passes. "Please bring along your friends."

"Hey, this is too much," Merlie replied as she got the tickets.

"No, that's ok," Scott replied as he placed his cap again. "See you there."

"Ok, thanks," the girls replied as the boys turned to walk away.

"Nice time with you," the boys replied back and the girls waved.

"Cool. Bye, take care."

"Thanks Bye." then the boys were gone.

"Hey, i can't believe this day!" Merlie exclaimed.

"And we've got ticket passes backstage for their concert," Opalyn added excitedly.

"Yikes!" Eloisa shouted.

"You know, we should be grateful enough, we met them,"Marcy added.

"Yeah," Merlie agreed. "We didn't expect this. Wait till they hear this."

"Truly expect the unexpected."

Krrriiiiing!!!! Krrriiiiing!!!!

"Hello?"

"Hello, tin?" Merlie said excitedly.

"Yes?" Christine replied.Christine's a long-time friend of the twins. She got long hair and fair complexion.

"You wouldn't believe who we bumped into this afternoon?"

"Who else? Your TJ?" Christine guessed.

"Nyek! Sounds corny!" Merlie said with a laugh.

"What?"

"Guess?"

"Ok, who? Toby? Polo?" Christine guessed.

"Close," Merlie replied. "Who else but The Moffatts!"

"What?!?!? You're joking, right?" Tinton asked.

"Nope, i'm not," Merlie said. "It's kinda long story but they gave us ticket passes backstage for their concert this Friday."

"What?!?!" Tinton replied.

"See i told you, you'll never believe this,"Merlie told her. "But i have the tickets right now."

"Ow, how?" Tell me." Christine asked. Then Merlie filled her in with the details.

"So, this sounds exciting," Christine said.

"Gotta be," Merlie said. "Now we're going to meet them. No, we've met them this afternoon, now you'll gonna meet them."

"Oh," Tinton said.

"Bob wants to meet you, you know?" Merlie said.

"Oh yeah?" Christine smiled.

"Yeah."

"Ok."

"UUy, Tinton, your destiny," Merlie joked.

"Meme!"

"Oh, wait till Dorcas, Khen , Opa, Belle and Kitkat hear this," Merlie exclaimed.

"Yeah, especially Dorcas, she'll freak out!!!" Tinton agreed. "OOH, freak out!" she sang. And the girls laughed.

"WHAT????? AAAAAAAARRGGHHH!!!" Dorcas shouted over the phone when Marie told her the news.

"Shh, Dorcas, calm down," Marie told her. "My eardrums might fall."

"Sorry but Am i dreaming or what? Wait, you mean to tell me, finally the long wait is over? Scott will finally be mine!" Dorcas replied.

"Hey, breathe, who said so?" Marie asked.

"Marie!!!?!?!" Dorcas furied.

"Joke," Marie told her. "You know, they sang Merlie 'Don't Walk Away' and i have to admit they have fabulous voices."

"Now you're talking," Dorcas replied. "so what else happened?"

"Dave sat beside me," Marie informed her.

"Oh, how lucky of you," Dorcas said with a smile. "Oh, Scott." she said dreamily.

"He-he," Marie just laughed.

"Oh, no!" Dorcas panicked.

"What?"

"What am i gonna wear? I'd better be look beautiful, look gorgeous, you know," Dorcas said.

"Hey, relax," Marie told her. "You're exagging yourself a little, girl."

"No, Marie," Dorcas said. "I'm serious. We gotta prepare ourselves, myself! Shucks!"

"Hmm,"Marie replied. "Concentrate a little, girl, some things might get off your mind."

"Oh, yeah," Dorcas said. "But i have to see them and meet them."

"Can you feel it?" Dorcas replied.

"No," Marie said.

"Can u see it? Me and Scott? Scott and me? Me, him," Dorcas replied dreamily.

"Ano ka ba, Dorcas!" Marie said. "Breathe."

"Yikes! Can't wait till Friday!" Dorcas exclaimed.

Finally, Friday did came. The girls were babbling nonstop at school whether they'll look fine or not. They were excused from school that afternoon to prepare for the big night. They went to the twins' house to prepare.

"I'm so excited. I'll be meeting Scott!" Dorcas clapped for about the thousandth time.

"Cut it out, Dork," Katrina told her. Katrina is a tall girl with a shoulder length hair." I can't believe I'm going to the concert with you. I cancelled my chat with Bluedguy. you know, he seems so nice."

"UUy, you're too concentrated with him, Kitkat" Christine joked Katrina. She applied some mascara on her eyebrows. "Did he say he's going to the concert?"

"I dunno," Katrina replied. "Maybe. But he said something like he'll watch them, too, coz you know, he likes The Moffatts, too."

"Oh," Christine said now fixing her wavy, long hair. "That would be nice."

"Oh! What! Help me!" Dorcas panicked."What am i gonna wear?" she said as she looked over the twins' cabinet for clothes and shoes.

"Hey, chill!" Khen told her. Nicamae or Khen's a petite girl with a short and pretty sleek hair. She's also one of the twins closest friend."We're also deciding."

"Why bother? It's just The Moffatts," someone said.

"Yeah! And that's beside the point!" Dorcas exaggerated."It's just THEM, The Moffatts! Ugh!" Dorcas heaved and sat at the twins' bed. "Can't they understand that?"

"Are you girls ok in here?" the twins' mom asked as she entered the room. It was Mrs. Chavez.

"We're ok in here, mom," Marie replied. "it's just that Dorcas is panicking."

"Sorry," Dorcas apologized. She applied some pink glittery polish on her nails.

"Nothing to worry," Mrs. Chavez said. "You'll find something comfortable to wear." then she went outside.

"Bi, what're you gonna wear?" Veda, the twins' elder sister asked with concern.

"I'll be just fine," Merlie told her as she wore her platform shoes.

"Ok," Veda said.

"Meme, may i borrow your hair clip?" Anabelle asked.Anabelle's a petite and an intelligent student. She also got short hair.

"Sure, Belle, here it is," Merlie handed her a green hair clip.

"Cool, green, my favorite color," Belle said. "Thanks."

"You're welcome," Merlie said.

"Hey, girls," Mrs. Chavez called from the door. "Christine's mom will fetch you later."

"ok," the girls said.

"So as i was saying, Clint is fine," Opalyn told the girls when they were seated at the van. Each of them looked gorgeous at their best.

"I know, I'm also there, right?" Eloisa replied.

"Oh, yeah," Opalyn answered. "I almost forgot. He's so cute!"

Then they all sat quietly.

"Oh, an angel came," Mrs. Tolentino, Christine's mom said as she drove them to the Coliseum where the concert wil be held. The girls laughed.

"Yup, that's me," Christine said.

"No, that was me," Merlie joked.

"Whatever," Dorcas replied to them.

"Ooh, I'm nervous!" Dorcas said.

"Who else can't be?" Khen asked to the group.

"Me, of course," Marie answered with a smile. "There's nothing to be worried about, they're nice."

"Oh, lucky, you're so calm," Kitkat told her.

"Yup, really they're nice," Marie told them.

"Yes," Merlie added.

"Hey, where's the tickets?" Eloisa asked.

"Oh-oh!" Merlie said dramatically. She secretly shove her pockets for safety.

"Hey, don't tell me you left it!" Dorcas said furiously. "you'll ruin my chances with Scott!"

"Hey, who's to blame?" Merlie asked. "Me?"

"Yup," Dorcas snabbed.

"Hey, relax," Marie calmed her.

"Yes, Dorcas, relax," Belle said. "It's not the end of the world if you haven't meet Scott."

"Yup," Khen agreed. "You still have your Triny Baby, and Estacio baby."

"Ugh," Dorcas rolled her eyes and looked at the wondow. "Some kind of a joke!"

"Relax," Merlie assured them. "it's a joke.! It's here in my wallet. It's in my pocket!"

"Hay!" everyone breathed a sigh of relief.

"So, you girls, enjoy yourselves," Mrs. Tolentino said as she dropped off the girls at the gate. "Have fun. I'll catch you later here at the main gate."

"Thanks, mom," Christine smiled and kissed her mom at the cheek.

"Ok, bye," her mother said.

"Bye," the girls waved."Thank you."

The place was packed with people so the girls try to squeeze in as they walk. They held hands so that they won't lose each other.

Khen squeezed Merlie's hand. "I'm somewhat scared and excited."

"Me, too,"Merlie told her. "your hands are cold."

"yup, I'm nervous," Khen replied back. "I'm tensed."They couldn't hardly hear each other for the people were so noisy. They scream and shout as the main gate seem to close and open.

"Oh, it's so funny, people scream," Christine shouted with a laugh to Anabelle.

"Yeah," Belle agreed. "Totally insane."

"Oh, it's so hot!" Eloisa replied. "also too crowded. I hate it!"

"Yeah," Belle agreed too. "True."

"Thank God, Belle, your mom allowed you to come with us," Marie said.

"Yes, i thank, too," Belle said loudly coz they couldn't hear each other. "I don't know what will I do if i hear all of you will come except for me."

Nicamae smiled. "Oh, don't say that."

"Yup!" Dorcas agreed. "Hey, kitkat!" She told Kitkat. "Are you ok?"

"Yeah, me?" Kitkat answered. "I'm fine. I'm just looking for somebody."

"Your Bluedguy, perhaps?" Opalyn joked.

"I dunno," was all Kitkat can say.

Opalyn just smiled.

Finally, the gates were opened. People fall in line as they strode inside the Big Dome. There were press people and video cameras everywhere. The girls hid their faces except for Dorcas, that is, as the camera seem to focus them.

"Ugh, I hate cameras!" Eloisa replied.

"Me, too," Khen said. "Make me feel conscious."

Some people were shouting, heaping for joy, and some were filled with excitement like Dorcas for instance, as they enter.

"Shucks!!! Here I come, Scottie baby!!!" Dorcas replied. "Here I come!"

The other girls just laughed.

Then they looked for their seat numbers. Finally, they sat inquisitively as they saw it. Merlie sat beside Opalyn and Belle, Christine sat beside with Eloisa and Kitkat and Marie sat beside Dorcas. They filled almost half the row.

"Oh, it looks like it's sold out!" Merlie said.

"Yup," Opalyn and Belle replied. "It's sure do."

"Oy, Meme!" Christine said to Merlie. She just smiled.

"Why?" Meme asked.

"Nothing," Tinton replied. Belle laughed.

"Oh, Marie, I can't wait!" Dorcas replied excitedly.

"Calm down," Marie said. "Relax and enjoy the show."

"Oh, i will," Dorcas replied back. She squeezed Khen and Eloisa's hands

"You're so cold," Eloisa replied again.

"I know, I told Meme, I'm tensed," Khen retorted back.

"Gosh!" Opalyn said.

When the people calmed down a little, the lights were put off and people screamed loudly again. Finally the guys were onstage. Flashing lights from cameras were seen as The Moffatts went onstage. The screams were deafening.

Kitkat, Christine, Eloisa, Khen and Dorcas stood up as they heard the boys sang 'Let's Party!' Merlie and the others just clapped and sat.

"Oh, Meme," Opalyn laughed. Then the boys sang the rest of the songs.

"Sounds great!" the girls agreed. The boys were truly talented.

Afterwards, Scott, Clint and Dave left Bob for his solo performance. Christine sat as Bob took his part.

"Oy, tinton," the girls joked her. "hmmm..." Dorcas tickled her.

"Hey," Christine blushed. "Stop it, will you?"

Then after Bob's part, the three returned onstage for 'Wild at Heart' and Scott swayed with his guitars and turned his shirt up and down. The girls giggled as he did it 3x but on the 3rd time, he let go off his shirt to the people.

"Yeah, baby," Dorcas replied. Eloisa stood as they sang 'Misery' and danced.

"Ewh! Scott's so horny," Christine said in disgust and they laughed.

Then they sang, Raining In My Mind, If Life Is so Short, Girl of My Dreams and to top it all of with Until You Loved Me and Miss You Like Crazy.

After the performance, the girls can't hardly believe that the concert was over. People turned to go outside.

"Clint's so cute!" Eloisa said.

"Oh, wow, that was amazing!" Opalyn cued. "he's truly talented."

"Great!" Belle said.

"So nice," Kitkat said. "Dave's a real cutie!!!"

"They all rock!" Khen said.

"Scott's great! He's so great!" Dorcas replied.

"Dave's a cutie, i agree," Marcy said.

"Yup! Agree!" Kitkat said and they both laughed.

"Bob's so good!" Christine replied.

"Come on, let's go to backstage," Merlie said handing each one their passes.

"Cool!" Dorcas replied. "Scott, I'll be there for you!!!"

Then the rest of them laughed.

"Are you guys, ready?" Opalyn asked.

"Maybe" some of them answered nervously.

Then, when they were there they showed the guards their ticket passes and w/o hesitation, they let them in. The girls first saw Scott and Clint. They approached the two boys.

"Hi, Scott, Clint," Opalyn gestured a smile.

"Oh, it's them," Scott told Clint. Then they faced the girls.

"So it's nice to see you again," Scott looked at the 4 girls, Merlie, Marie, Eloisa and Opalyn.

Dorcas nudged Merlie as if to tell her to introduce them.

"Oh, by the way, Scott, Clint, these are our friends, Christine, Kitkat, Belle, Khen and..." Scott & Clint shook each hand. But when it was Dorcas's turn to be introduced she automatically said.

"Hi, i'm Dorcas," she held her hand so that Scott could shake it. "The concert was great!"

"Hello," Scott just replied. "thanks!"

"Nice to meet you, Dorcas," Clint shook her hands instead of Scott. Then he went to Eloisa and Opalyn and asked "how were you doin?"

"Fine," Dorcas heard Eloisa said.

Grrr.Dorcas thought. He didn't noticed. Ok, temper.

"Hey, guys," Kitkat told everybody. "I'll be just outside. I'll look for you know."

"Be right back, ok?" Christine told her.

"Sure," Kitkat assured her.

"So, where's Bob?" Marie asked tinton and belle.

"Oh, he's in there signing some autographs," Eloisa pointed to Bob surrounded by adoring fans. They looked at him.

"yup," Clint butted in. "Girls were drooling over him."

"Hm--" Eloisa joked him.

Then Bob noticed them looking at him. He excused himself from the other girls. "Excuse me, ladies."

"Oh, he's truly a gentleman," Belle whispered to Tinton.

"Hm, maybe," Christine replied cooly as Bob seem to turn his way to them.

"So it's nice to see all of you again," Bob said to Merlie, Marie, Eloisa and Opalyn.

"Yeah," the girls agreed.

Opalyn introduced each one again. They exchanged some hi's & hello's . Bob looked at Christine and she blushed.

"So that was a nice performance," Christine told him as Bob lead her to the other side of the room.

"Thank you," Bob replied as they walked.

"Oh, well," Belle just muttered under her breath. "What a night."

Dorcas raised her eyebrows coz Christine got Bob and still she haven't got Scott. Scott was busily talking to her friends.

"That was funny," she heard Khen said as she was talking about the 'Wild At Heart' thing to Scott.

"Yeah," Scott agreed smiling.

Then Dorcas interrupted."Hey, Scott. That was nice!"

"Thanks," Scott replied. "So, how are you girls feeling right now?"

"Fine," Merlie said.

"Ok," Khen replied. "I'm happy. I don't know why."

"I feel sleepy," Eloisa yawned and Clint laughed.

"Great!" Dorcas exclaimed.

"By the way, where's Dave?" Marie asked.

"Oh, i think he stepped outside. He said he'll meet somebody. Don't worry, he'll be back," Clint replied.

"Oh, ok," Marie said.

Outside, Kitkat searched for Bluedguy.

What in the world am i thinking. He'll never care anyways? Kitkat thought. She bowed her head as she approached the front door. Just as then, she bumped into somebody she didn't know who's also in there.

"Sorry," she mumbled as she tumbled a little. The guy caught him just in time. Kitkat turned to look at his hero but she was surprised to find out she was looking in the eyes of Dave Moffatt. She felt speechless.

"Oh, i'm sorry," Dave replied still holding her. "Are you ok?"

"Nope, I'm sorry, Dave," she apologized. "I didn't mean to bump into you."

"That's ok," he replied. "I'm also sorry coz i didn't see you."

"That's ok, by the way what're you doin' here?" she asked as she got off from his grip.

"Probably, waiting for somebody," he said cooly.

"Oh, me, too," Kitkat said dryly. Then one by one seems to be connected like a puzzle in her head. Could it be possible? she thought.

"By the way, my name's Katrina. You can call me Kitkat," she said.

"Hello," Dave said. "Nice to meet you."

"You, too," then they both felt silent.

Could she be Dreamgirl? Dave thought. "So."

"Uhm," Kitkat replied the same time. Then they just laughed.

"Ok, you first," Dave said.

"No, you first," Kitkat insisted.

"No, you go, first," Dave insisted, too. "Ladies first."

"Ok," Kitkat said. "Are you him? I mean could you possibly be...."

"You could be possibly be...." Dave replied.

"Dreamgirl," "Bluedguy" they said at the exact same time.

The two of them grew silent again.

"So," Dave interrupted the silence. "you're Dreamgirl?"

"Yes. And you're Bluedguy?" Kitkat told him and smiled.

"So, it's nice to see you," Dave replied and they both smiled at each other.

"Nice to see you and meet you, too," Kitkat informed him. "But i didn't expect..."

"Me to be your chat partner?" Dave finished for him.

"Yeah," Kitkat agreed. "Uhm. yes."

"Uhm, ok," Dave said. "so did you went here all alone?"

"Nope," Katrina said. "I'm with my friends. They're inside with your brothers."

"Good," Dave replied. "So how are you doin?"

"Fine. you?"

"I'm ok after the concert," Dave told her.

"Oh yeah, you did great," Katrina told him. "I like it!"

"Thanks," Dave replied. "So do you wanna go inside?"

"Sure, no problem," Kitkat answered. " My friends are probably waiting for me."

"Ok," Dave said. Then they went inside the room together hand in hand.

Kitkat felt so happy that night. She can't believe that Dave was the one she was chatting with on the internet. Kitkat introduced him to her friends even though to some of her friends he was already introduced. They still exchange hello's.

"So you're Bluedguy, Kitkat is always talking about?" Christine asked Dave as she eyed kitkat.

"Yup," Dave replied. "And i'm soo happy when i finally met my real good friend on the net personally."

"Oh," Is all Eloisa could say.

"So, how does it feel?" Belle asked.

"It's ok," Dave & Kitkat said at the exact same time. Then they looked at each other shyly.

"Hm," Clint interrupted. "Atleast Dave won't be curious anymore what does his friend look like personally. She's cute."

"Oh," Is all Katrina can say and blushed.

"So," Frank, the guys father said. " Are you guys ok in here?"

"Yeah," Scott answered. Then he introduced the girls to their father.

"Nice to see you, pretty ladies," Frank said then turned to the guys. "Few more minutes and we're ready to go."

"Ok," Bob said. Christine was just right beside him. He smiled at her. Then the group fell silent. Suddenly, Tinton's cellphone chirped. She read the text message.

"Oh," Christine said. "It's my mom. She said she's already at the main gate."

"So, does this mean goodbye?" Bob asked.

"Probably," she said.

"Well, it's not gonna be goodbye," Dorcas replied. "I'll be giving out a party tomorrow at my place. So you're all invited."

"Oh yeah?" Marie asked. "how come we haven't heard it before?"

Dorcas glared at her as if to tell 'just go on with the flow.' Marie got her and said "Oh, yeah, i almost forgot. Yeah."

"Uhm, let's think about it for awhile," Scott lead his 3 brothers to the corner and they've discussed it. Shortly, they returned and said "It's done. Ok, we'll go."

"Yeah," Clint added "coz it's our vacation now and a party won't hurt."

"Yipee!" Dorcas almost screamed. Her friends laughed. "Uhm, i mean then it's settled. Promise you'll go?"

"We promise," Scott assured her.

"100%" Dave told her and looked at Kitkat. "what time is the party?"

"4 p.m. till we drop," Dorcas told Dave.

"Oh, ok," Clint said.

"Ok," Dorcas and the others said. Then Dorcas got a paper from the table & drew the sketch to their house. "Here's the sketch to our house." then gave it to them.

"Ok, thanks," Bob said as he took the paper. "We'll be there."

"Oh," Eloisa said "I hate to say goodbye but see you tomorrow, Clint."

"You, too," Clint said. "Can i hug you?"

"Sure," then Clint hugged Eloisa.

"Where's my hug?" Opalyn asked.

"Ok," Clint laughed and hugged her, too.

Then all of them exchanged hugs and goodbyes.

"Bye, Scott," Khen told him. "It's nice talking with you."

"You , too," Scott replied back aand patted her on the back.

Bob gave Christine a small card and whispered, "Call me at the hotel."

"Sure, no problem," Christine said.

"Hey, wait," Merlie said. "Before we'll go let's take some pictures."

She clicked her camera to her friends and them. Then she let one of the crew man to take some group pictures. After that, they exchanged goodbyes again.

"Bye, Scott," Merlie said "See you tomorrow."

"You, too," Scott answered. "God bless."

"Yeah, you too, take care," Dorcas said back.

"Bye, Scott, Bye, Bob, Clint and Dave," the girls waved and went out of the room.

"So how's the concert?" Mrs. Tolentino asked as the girls were seated silently at the van.

"It's ok," the girls replied back. "We met them."

"Ow."

"Yes, mom," Christine said. "Bob's a pretty cool guy."

"So does my Scottie baby!" Dorcas smirked.

"Ha-ha," Kitkat laughed. "I didn't expect Bluedguy to be Dave."

"Pretty cool, huh?" Eloisa said. "Clint hugged us."

"Yup," Khen said. "Cool. This is one of the happiest moment of my life."

"Me, sort of," Merlie said. Then they felt silent.

"By the way," Merlie interrupted the silence again. "Let's discuss your party, Dorcas. How come you managed to have a party tomorrow."

"Oh, that," Dorcas said sheepishly. "That's because i got the house all alone tomorrow. My mom and dad were on a business trip for 5 days and my siblings were at my aunt's house."

"Figures," Marie said. "So then? what're we gonna do?"

"You'll help me, of course," Dorcas informed them. "We could have a sleep over after that if you want."

"I don't know," Opalyn said. "My aunt wouldn't allow me."

"Ok, but how about you, the rest? Please it would be nice we could have a sleep over just for once," Dorcas suggested.

"If mom and dad allows us," Merlie said.

"Sure they'll do, it's just in our house. We won't get lost or something. Besides, it's Saturday tomorrow," Dorcas said as a matter-of-fact.

"Mom," Christine asked. "Could i go?"

"It's up to you, Darling," Mrs. Tolentino said.

"Ok, I'll go," Tinton said. Her mom just smiled. "Count me in." she turned to Dorcas.

"Me, too." Kitkat said.

"Ok, 2 up, 6 to go," Dorcas said.

"I'll try," Khen said "If dad allows me, too."

"Me, too," Eloisa said.

"Me, three," Belle replied.

"Ok, that's fine," Dorcas said.

"Hey, could we invite Toby, Bryce and the others?" Merlie asked.

"Sure why not?" Dorcas said. "Also Jayveeson and SM."

"And #01?" Opalyn asked.

"Sure, no problem, if they could add fun to the party," Dorcas answered.

"Oh, that would be fun," Christine replied.

"Yes," Dorcas said. "I'm really looking forward for tomorrow."

"So what're we gonna eat?" Khen asked.

"Maybe some nachos and pizza. We could also bake some cookies if you want," Dorcas said. "And some punch if you like."

"Ok," Merlie said. Then they grew silent again.

"Hey, guys, thanks for this night," Belle replied. "I don't know what i feel."

"You're welcome," her friends replied.

"Hey, Could some of you help me prepare?" Dorcas asked.

"Sure, why not?" Eloisa said. "I'll help."

"Ok, me too," Merlie and Marie said.

"I'll try if I can go," Khen said to them.

"Ok, thanks!" Dorcas replied. "I can't wait for tomorrow."

"Yeah? Who's not?" Kitkat said with a hidden smile on her face.

The next day the twins, Belle, Tinton, Opa-opa, Kitkat and Eloy, decided to meet Dorcas at the supermarket around 11 a.m. They waited for Dorcas patiently for some minutes and finally after 5 minutes she came.

"Sorry, i'm late," Dorcas said smiling to her friends.

"That's ok," Belle said.

"I see you're all in here," Dorcas replied.

"Yup," Meme said. "We finally decided that all of us will come to help."

"Unity," Tinton said. "Just like CAT."

"Uhm, ok" Dorcas managed to reply.

"Hey, where's Khen?" Kitkat asked. "Is she coming?"

"I don't know," Marie replied.

"You know Khen as the queen of lates," Eloisa said.

"Not this time," Merlie said as she looked at the other side of the mall.

"Hey," it's Khen. "Sorry I'm late. I asked permission from my dad first."

"That's ok, Thank God you're finally here," Tinton said.

"Come on, let's go," Belle said. "We're wasting time."

"We called up our friends," Marie said as they walk. "And they said they'll come."

"Cool," Dorcas replied. "Who did you invite?"

"Almost whole of the class," Tinton said. "There's your classmates, our classmates, etc."

"Yup," Merlie said with a smile as they head for the Supermarket."This day will sure look fun."

"So what are we gonna do first?" Dorcas asked her friends.

"Ok, let's buy some nachos and refreshments," Tinton suggested.

"Then, I'll also buy films for the camera," Meme said.

"Ok, then, let's go," Eloisa said. "Let's hurry, ok."

"Yup time is running short," Khen replied.

Then the girls headed inside the supermarket.

After the girls bought what they've needed, they went straight to Dorcas' house.

"Oh, i hope this day will turn out fun," Belle said as she lifted the plastic bag up on the counter.

"Sure it will do," Merlie assured her. "This is a party. Party means fun."

"Yeah, it's right," Opa agreed. "But sometimes it's not."

"Yeah, whatever," Marie said then turned to Tinton. "Christine, have you called Bob already?"

"Me?" Tinton asked. "Are you kidding? Well, i haven't. I'll wait first for him to call me up."

"Uhm?" Dorcas joked. "If i were you I'll call him up."

"Why?" Tinton asked sharply.

"Well, you know, first things first," Dorcas explained. " I'll ask if he's fine or not. You know, those 'sweet nothing' things."

"Well,sorry, gurl," Tinton replied quickly. "I'm not like you."

"Hey, Tinton," Dorcas said. "It's just a suggestion."

"Whatever you two," Kitkat replied as she laughed at the two.

"Hey," Merlie interrupted. "Let's make a cookie."

"Ok," Dorcas said. She washed her hands and got a bowl from the cabinet.

"Let's make the batter," Marie said. She got some flour from the groceries and placed it on the bowl. "You know, I always have this delight for baking."

"Same here," Merlie and Dorcas replied at the same time, then, they laughed.

"Let me add some butter," Belle said. Then she put some butter on the flour mixture and Marcy mixed it.

After the girls put the needed ingredients, Merlie said, "I hope these cookies will taste great."

"Sure it will do, you schmock, we made it!" Dorcas answered loudly and poked her at the sides.

"Hey, sorry huh," Merlie replied jokingly.

"Ok, guys," Eloisa said. "Me & Opa will arrange some chairs back there, ok."

"Sure,"Merlie said with a smile. "No problem."

"Ok, see you later," Opa said as she went to the other room with Eloisa.

"Ok," Khen said to them as she mixed some orange juice in a pitcher. "Be right back, ok?" She added with a smile.

"Sure," Eloisa answered back.

"So," Kitkat chimed in as the group fell silent. "What do you think about the guys?"

"Who?" Khen asked innocently.

"Oh, well, you know, The Moffatts, of course," Kitkat answered them.

"Oh, ok." Khen replied.

"Yeah, right, here we go again," Marcy joked.

"Me?" Dorcas said. "I think my Scott's great! He's the cutest!"

"No comment," Tinton replied.

"Me?" Meme said. "I think they're ok. Pretty cool."

"Yup, i agree," Kitkat said as she turned to make a punch.

"Ok, let's finish our work ok before our guests will come with no food," Marie said.

"Ok, I'll order pizza," Khen said as she reached for the phone and dialed.

"Sure," Tinton smiled.

"Me?" Belle answered. "I think they're really nice."

"Yeah baby," Dorcas agreed with a laugh.

"Whatever," Khen said.

### (The Waiting Game)

Half hour later, people came flooding in to the party. The girls were pretty busy entertaining their guests. They're also glad to see some of their friends they've invited from school.

"Hey, Dorcas," Franz called out. He was having a choco chip on his hand."This cookie tastes great!"

"Thanks," Dorcas replied humbly. She smiled at the tall, cute boy. "We made it, of course. Please, help yourself with more, ok?"

"Sure," Franz answered back. "I'll take it from here."

"Hey, i have a joke," Dorcas heard Chan chan said to a group of friends. He was the school

president and also one of the girls friends.

"How are you guys doin' in here?" Tinton asked the group.

"We're fine," Jeff Castro, a tall, slender guy said. "Great party!"

"Yeah," Liel added. "We're really enjoying it."

"Well, i'm glad to hear that," Tinton replied back to them.

"Hey, where is he?" Merlie asked Khen. Both of them were sitting at a nearby couch.

"Who? Scott?" Khen asked curiously with a smile.

"Yeah," Merlie answered. "I know, but i'm still looking for the other ONE."

"Uhm, ok," Khen got it. "I know, Toby." Merlie just blushed.

"Don't worry i invited him to come over and he said he'll come," Khen replied.

"Are you sure?" Merlie asked.

"Yep," Khen answered. "Don't worry he'll be here, any minutes now." Khen assured her.

Just as then, the doorbell rang. Ding-dong.

"Hey, maybe it's him," Khen looked at Meme.

"Ok," Merlie smiled. Then she stood up and said "I'll get it."

"Ok," Khen said.

"Thanks," Merlie replied back.

"Hello, Khen, how are you?" Merlie heard PJ said as that guy seem to sat close to Khen.

"I'm fine," she heard Khen said. Then, Merlie headed straight to the door. She fixed herself up then breathed a little. Then, she opened the door.

"Hi," Toby, a cute, tall guy, replied as Merlie opened the door. "Am i late?"

"Nope," Merlie smiled shyly. "You're just in time."

"Ok," Toby smiled back.

"Please, do come in, "Merlie stepped aside as he entered the room.

"Thanks, " Toby replied.

"Everyone seems to be here including your friends," Merlie informed him.

"Ok, so, still waiting for any body?" Toby asked as they started to walk together to the receiving room.

"Yup," Merlie answered and smiled again shyly. "But I'm not telling you who."

"Well, I don't know why you're still waiting for somebody, I guess I'm already here," Toby joked.

"Feel," Merlie snapped back. "As if!"

"Yeah," he chuckled a laugh then both of them laughed. Then they grew silent as they entered the room.

"Hello, Meme," Opa called out as she saw them together, entering the room. She shot Meme a knowing look.

Merlie smiled back to her friend. Then after a few seconds, she said to him, "Excuse me for a while, ok?"

"Sure, thanks, Merlie," Toby replied and then went to his best buds who were at the other side of the room.

"You're welcome," Merlie answered back. She almost melted when he mentioned her name. Then, she went back to the couch where she was sitting awhile ago with khen.

"So?" Khen asked as she sat beside her. "What happened?"

"Uhm, nothing," Merlie replied back and smiled. There was a glow on her cheeks.

"Uuy, Meme," Opa teased her as she approached them. Merlie just blushed.

"Where are they?" Kitkat asked Eloisa. The three girls, Belle, Eloisa and Kitkat were in the kitchen.

"I don't know," Eloisa nudged.

"Are you sure they'll come?" Belle asked hesitantly. She opened some more nachos to replace at the table back at the counter.

"I still don't know," Eloisa answered back.

"But they promised, right?" Belle asked.

"Yeah, sure it was," Kitkat said but there was uncertainty in her voice.

"Hey, what time will they come?" Tinton asked as she came to the kitchen.

"I don't know," Dorcas replied. "We're still waiting for them."

"I wonder what's taking them so long?" Kitkat said.

Merlie, Marie and Khen burst in to the kitchen. They were laughing at something.

"What's so funny?" Dorcas glared at them.

"Nothing," Merlie answered. "It's just that Chan's joke was so funny."

"It's pretty hilarious," Khen agreed.

"Yeah," Marcy agreed, too.

"Well, now, for me, it wasn't funny," Dorcas snapped.The 3 girls became silent. "They're not still here."

Opalyn also went to the kitchen. "Just as i thought, you're all in here."

Then she stood beside Merlie. She noticed that everyone was looking at Dorcas. "Hey, what's the problem?"

"Nothing," Tinton replied. "It's just that Dorcas can't wait for them any longer."

"That's all?" Opa asked. "Hey, don't worry, any seconds now, and they'll be here." Opa assured them.

"Oh, yeah," Eloisa agreed. "And what's with the sad face? Let's enjoy this party if and ever they'll never come. Remember a party was supposed to be fun."

"Oh, ok," Dorcas muttered. "I'll keep that in mind."

"Come on," Marcy called out. "Every one's here waiting for us."

"Ok," Belle smiled as they went outside the kitchen.

### (C U When U Get Here)

After awhile, the girls were in the receiving room.

"Hey," Romeo, a chubby & a funny guy said, "Hey, let's play a game!"

"Aren't we too old for that?" someone asked.

"No," Romeo answered "A little game won't hurt us. And besides, a game would be fun."

"Ok," the crowd agreed. "What shall we play?"

Rachel Polca, a pretty girl with curly hair stood up and said, "I don't know, maybe a charade or something."

"That's a good idea," Chan stood up and divided the group into 3 teams.

Then, after a while, the doorbell rang.

Dorcas stood up at the same time, Tinton and Kitkat stood & excalimed, "I'll get it!"

People turned to look at them and the 3 girls rushed off to the door. People curiously followed them.

"What's eating them?" Marx, one of the guests, asked.

"I have no idea," Eloisa replied innocently.

Tinton said, "Hey, I'll open this door!"

Dorcas shouted, "No, let me have this one!"

Kitkat replied, "Please, let me open it!"

The three girls touched the doorknob at the exact same time. Then, they all opened it at once. Everyone was looking at it with suspense. Suddenly, the door opened widely.

"Pizza delivery!" the boy replied outside their doorstep.

Dorcas' jaw dropped and she said, "Ugh!" furiously and closed back the door.

"You mean, THAT, was the commotion all about?" Jeff Ramos said as he stood beside the petite and pretty girl, Thessa. People laughed. Thessa just smiled. Then the people went back to the receiving room.

Dorcas furiously stomped off to the kitchen.

Tinton opened the door again and said, "Sorry."

"What was that all about?" the delivery boy asked, scratching his head.

"Nothing," Tinton answered. "It's just that we're expecting somebody."

"We're really sorry, mister," Kitkat apologized.

"That's ok, miss, we get used to it," the boy handed them their pizza and they gave him the cash.

"Thank you," the boy said in gratitude.

Then the girls closed the door. Belle, Khen, Kitkat, Merlie, Opa and Tinton went straight to the kitchen. They found Dorcas at the other side of the room.

"Ok, I'll never expect if they'll come or not," Dorcas replied sternly.

"Yeah," Kitkat ageed. "Same goes for here."

Opalyn patted her friend's back. "That's ok."

Then, suddenly, they fell silent.

The door bell rang again. They looked at each other with wide eyes.

"I'll scream if that was the freakin' pizza delivery boy again!" Dorcas shouted.

Then Marcy and Eloisa went to the kitchen. Each has expectant look on their faces.

"Hey, maybe it's them," Eloisa said excitedly.

"Let's check it out!" Marcy said happily to them.

"Hey," Khen said. "Come on, let's open it."

"I don't know, i don't feel like it," Dorcas replied.

"Are you sure?" Opa asked skeptically. "Are you sure you don't want to see Scott's face either?"

Dorcas gave it a second thought.

"Hey, come on," Merlie urged her friends. "Maybe they're waiting."

"Ok,"Dorcas smiled. "I changed my mind."

"Yeah, gurl," Tinton said. "That's more like it!"

Dorcas wiped some tears away. "How do i look?"

"Fine," Belle & Opa said at the same time.

Then they slowly headed for the door. There, no one feels like to open the door so khen touched the doorknob instead.

"Are you ready?" Khen asked as she touched the doorknob.

"I don't know," Belle laughed nervously. She closed her eyes.

"I'll count one to three ok?" Khen asked the group.

"Uhm, I can't breathe," Merlie said shortly.

"Relax," Opa patted her back.

"Come on now, girl friends," Kitkat replied. "Suspense is killing me."

"Ok," Khen said and started counting. "1..." Belle opened her eyes.

"2..." Belle closed her eyes again. She touched Marcy's hand firmly.

"3..." Khen opened the door and so does Belle's eyes.

"Hello, sorry we're late," Dave apologized. A happy smile were on his face.

Belle sighed deeply and it eased her tension.

"Yeah," Scott said as they saw the girls. "It was due to heavy traffic."

"That's ok," Merlie managed to say. "Please, please come in."

The girls stepped aside and the boys entered the room. After awhile, they exchanged hugs and hello's.

"Hey, how was my Dreamgirl?" Dave teased Kitkat as they got close.

"I'm fine," Kitkat replied with a smile. "I hope same goes for you, my Bluedguy." and both of them laughed.

"Hi, you two," Clint said as he saw Eloisa and Opa. He each gave them a hug and asked "Did you miss me?"

"Duh, like crazy?" Eloisa replied and the 2 girls laughed, so does Clint.

"Hello, Christine," Bob exclaimed as he saw her. "Sorry I'm late."

"That's ok," Tinton told him. "Nothing to fear, you're already here."

"Glad to hear that," Bob chuckled and they hugged.

"Hello, Scott," Merlie waved.

"Hi, nice to see you," Scott exclaimed and gave her a high-five. Then they hugged.

"You, too," Merlie replied back.

"Hi, Scott," Dorcas interrupted. "Looking great today."

"Thanks," Scott replied then gave her a look. "You don't look bad either."

Dorcas blushed and smiled. Scott smiled, too, and gave her a hug.

Ah,Scott. Dorcas thought heavenly.

"Hi, Dave," Marcy told Dave.

"Hello, Marcy," Dave replied and gave her a hug, too.

"Hi, Belle," Bob said to Anabelle. Then gave her a hug. "Nice to see you."

"Same goes for you, too, Bob," Belle replied. She gave him a smile.

"Hello, Scott," Khen exclaimed. Scott got off from Dorcas' grip and gave Khen a hug.

"Hello, Khen, looking good today," Scott replied. Dorcas just looked at the 2 with eyebrows parched up.

"Thanks," Khen replied shyly. "Is that a compliment or what?"

Ugh! Here we go again! Dorcas thought then she interrupted. "Hey, guys, let's go, every one was waiting."

"Ok," all of them replied. Then they walked to the receiving room. Then every one turned to look at them with surprised gestures. The people seem to quiet down a little.

"Hey, everyone, meet the guys, Scott, Clint, Bob and Dave," Khen and Opa introduced them to the group. "The Moffatts, of course."

The party people responded quickly by exchanging some hi's and hello's to them. Then they all returned to their usual noise.

"So, they're the somebody you're talking about," Toby told Meme as he got near her minutes later.

"Yup," Merlie looked at him. "Wasn't it a nice surprise?"

"Yeah," Toby agreed. "But how? Why?Uhm..."

"Well, it's a long story, Toby," Merlie called out.

"Uhm, ok," Toby said. "Sorry i asked."

"That's ok," Merlie responded.

"Hey, everyone let's play a game," Johnuel Castro, one of the guests, said.

"Ok, but let's hear something from the group first," Jhun Castro, Johnuel's brother, suggested.

Everyone seems to agree. "Yeah. Glad to hear something from them."

Scott, at that time, sipping a punch, looked at Dorcas and asked, "Are they sure?"

Dorcas, who was looking at him ever since, nodded, "Yep. They'd be glad to!"

The guys looked at each other. Clint suddenly said "It's ok. Let's just play for them, for fun!"

"Come on, let's do it!" Bob exclaimed to Scott.

"Ok," Scott agreed finally. "But our instruments were in the van. Maybe we should let Mr.Santos get it for us first." Scott referring to their driver.

"No, no," Clint snapped. "No problem. We could have an improvised one."

"Ok," Scott said.

Then the people started to clap and shout.

Then, Scott borrowed a guitar from Peter who was sitting nearby. Then Dave started to sit at the nearby keyboards and started playing the intro to "Misery". Bob got his drumsticks from his side pockets and started playing rhythms with it. Clint also got a bass guitar from Pax, one of the guests.

Then Scott started to sing, "I cry myself to sleep, again tonight..." People listened intently and quieted down a little. Someone turned off the lights and opened another one as if it were a spotlight on them. The girls sat nearby as they listen to their song. They all looked at each other and smiled.

"Scott's great!" Dorcas exclaimed to Khen.

"I know," Khen replied back.

Toby sat beside Merlie and whispered, "They're not bad."

"I know that's why i liked them," Merlie replied. Opalyn, who was sitting beside her, gave her a smile. Merlie smiled back. Thank God Toby didn't see their knowing glances.

"Misery is what i felt, when you're not around,

So i can't heal, misery is what i feel, is what i feel."

Eloisa stood and danced around. People were also moved so they also stood and danced.

"Come on," Eloisa urged her friends. "let's dance."

Then Tinton stood up with Dorcas, Khen, Belle and Kitkat. Marie, Merlie and Opa just sat nearby.

"Hey, they play great!" Kitkat replied.

"Can we dance?" Merlie asked Toby.

"No, thanks," Merlie replied shyly. Opa nudged her at the sides. Merlie looked at her.

"Ok, fine with me, if you don't feel like," Toby said. "I'll just sit beside you. If that's ok with you?"

"Whatever, Toby," Opa smiled at him.

"No, it's fine," Merlie answered.

Toby sat down and said "Thanks."

Then The Moffatts finished the song. After that, the people cheered and it seems that they've enjoyed it.

"That was great!" Dorcas said to Scott.

Scott turned to look at her and say, "Thanks."

Dorcas tried to kiss him on the cheek but another girl approached Scott.

"Scott, here's water!" the girl offered.

Scott got the water and replied "Thanks."

Hmph! Dorcas thought. Thank you very much!

"Clint, that was cool," Eloy told him.

"No problem," Clint replied.

Opa handed Clint a face towel. "Thanks," Clint replied.

"Hey, Bob, you played great!" Tinton told Bob.

"Thanks," Bob smiled at her.

"Dave that was awesome!" Kitkat and Marcy said at the same time.

"Thanks, girls," Dave smiled at them.

After awhile, the group settled down. Everything seems to get back to their normal positions.

"Hey, let's continue our game!" someone shouted.

"What shall we play?" Chan asked.

"Hey, maybe, spin the bottle?" PJ suggested.

"That's a good idea," Sheila Pearl, a tall gal, answered. "Then truth or dare."

Merlie & Opa sat down to the floor from their seats and so does the rest. Then the group sat down on a big circle.

"Ok who wants to go first?" Sherwin asked as he placed an empty bottle in the middle of the circle. No one answered.

"Ok, I'll spin it," Sherwin said then he spun the bottle.

Then the group looked at the bottle as it spin. Suddenly it stopped. It pointed to Donald, one of the tall, handsome guys in the room also one of Toby's friends.

"Truth or dare?" Sherwin, who was quite naughty, asked.

"Donald said. "Ok i chose to have a truth."

Everyone in the crowd cheered.

"Who wants to ask a question?" Chan chan said.

"Ok, I'll do it," Tinton stood up. "Please, tell us all, honestly, who's your type here in the room?"

Sherwin stood and crunched his hands together.

"Ow," Donald whined. "Ouch!"

Everyone was looking at him. Finally he answered. "Ok, it's Marie!"

Then Sherwin let go of his hands.

Then the people hollered and teased. They looked at Marcy and said, "Uuy!"

Marcy blushed as red as tomato and said "Ano bah?Stop it will you?!"

A few seconds later, the people quieted down again. Then Donald spinned the bottle. Again, people looked at it with suspense. Finally it stopped. It pointed to Toby.

Donald said to his friend, "Your time, my man!"

Then someone asked "Truth or dare?"

Toby looked at the crowd and replied, "Dare."

Merlie, who was sitting at the far right side of the circle, blushed a little.

"Get ready," Opa teased her. Merlie slapped her a little on the arm.

Then Chan stood up and said, "Ok, dare. I dare you to stand up and pick up the girl you want to dance with. We want it in a mellow way."

Toby sighed a little. He stood up and looked at Meme. "Ok, here goes."

Merlie closed her eyes. "I don't want to look," she told her friend, Eloy, who was on her right side. Toby stood in front of her. People hollered at them and cheered.

Toby replied slowly, his heart throbbing, "May i have this dance with you?"

People cheered and hollered again. Merlie opened her eyes and replied. "Ow. Oh, no." She buried herself in her friend's hug.

"Hey, Meme," Eloisa said supportively. "Go girl, you can do it!"

"Uhm, ok," Merlie looked at them and blushed. "It's just for fun,right?"

Then she stood up. Chan chan added. "We want it 2 minutes."

"Wasn't it too much?" Merlie asked shyly.

"No," the people answered back.

Merlie buried down. Toby held her carefully. He touched her hands softly then they danced.

"This is too embarrasing," Merlie whispered.

"I know," Toby heard her. "Let's just go on with it."

People look at them with amaze. Merlie looked at her friends. Her twin just gave her a grin. Tinton and Belle gave her a thumbs up sign.

Finally, Chan said, "Ok, it's 2 minutes. Wanna break up or be still in each other's arms?"

Then Toby looked at her sincerely and he let go of her hands slowly. Merlie turned to walk and sat down. Opa and Eloy teased her.

What a relief! Thank God, it's over! Merlie sighed on her thought.

"You two look cute together," Opa joked.

"Really now?" Merlie asked. "Whatever."

Then the bottle stopped. It pointed out to Tinton.

Tinton shouted "Ay!"

Then Sheila asked, "Truth or dare?"

Then Tinton said. "Dare."

Sheila Pearl stood and said, "Ok, i want you to sing duet with Bob. Please do it sweetly."

"What? Oh no?" Tinton asked.

"Oh, yes." Jeff Castro teased. "You heard what Sheila said."

"Uhm, ok," Tinton finally agreed. "Just for fun?"

Then Tinton and Bob stood. They sang "One More Chance."

"Broke your heart when you walked away..."

"Hey, that was sweet," Kitkat told Dave.

"Yeah, they're cute, too," Dave replied back.

After that, people hollered again. Tinton sat and blushed.

"That was great!" Marcy told Tinton.

Then Tinton spinned the bottle. It pointed to Eloisa.

Then Eloisa stood up . "Ok, what's the challenge?"

"Truth or dare?" Sherwin asked aloud.

"Ok, i chose a truth?" Eloisa answered.

"Truth," then, Leeforp, the guy in the crowd asked and crumpled her hands. "Who's your type here in the group?"

"That's easy," Eloisa said cooly. "Ok, uhm, ouch!" She said as he tightened her hands.

"Clint and Baldwin!" Eloisa shouted fastly. Then the group hollered again.

Clint stood up and bowed, "Thank you."

"That was pretty cool and funny, too," Merlie told Eloy.

Eloisa just laughed and spinned the bottle. It pointed to someone else. The game occured over and over again and for some minutes after a while people got bored with it.

"Let's play a new game," Edna replied.

"Yeah," people agreed.

"Ok, what?" Belle asked them.

"Concentration?" SM suggested.

"Not that," Lovely said. "It's for babies."

"No it's not," Sherwin argued.

"It's too,"

"It's not."

"How about 2 minutes in the closet?" Dorcas suggested.

"What's that?" people asked.

"You know, we'll divide the girls and boys. We'll pick numbers. Odd for boys, even for girls. Then we'll say a number, and whoever got that number will go to the closet with the one who called out his/her number. Got it?" Dorcas said.

"Yeah," people replied.

"But what will you do then?"

"It's up for both of you in what do you want," Dorcas answered. "You can get to know that person, you can kiss or make up if you want. Just for 2 minutes. Those thingies, you know..."

"Ooh, pretty hot!" Jhun said.

"Do any of you agree with that play?" Chan asked.

"Yup, that's ok," people replied back.

"Ok, let's make numbers," Sheila said. Marie got up from her seat and took a paper and cut it out in small squares. They wrote numbers on it. And placed it on 2 different small box. Then they let every one pick one paper from it.

"Hey, cool, I got #2!" Opa whispered to Merlie.

"Hey, i got #20!" Meme told her.

"I got #16!" Eloisa replied. "Gosh! My luck!My fave number!"

"Me, too," Tinton replied. "I got 10!"

"I got 8," Kitkat told Tinton.

"I got 24," Marcy told her friends.

"Me," Belle said. "I got 18.Ow."

"I got #14," Khen informed her friends.

Dorcas said, "I got the number 6. I hope Scott will get me."

"Ok," someone clapped. "Who wants to go first?"

Nobody said a word so Khen stood up and said, "Ok, I'll do it."

"Whoohoo," Geoffrey Canizares,a tall guy, said.

"Uhm, what number?" Khen said. "Ok number, hmm, number..."

"...15."

Then everybody looked at who stood up. It was Scott. The people hollered and screamed.

"Don't make it too long, you two," Marx teased. "2 minutes only."

Khen looked at her friends shyly. They smiled at her. Scott turned his way to Khen and led her to the closet. There was a small light on the other side of the closet.

"Hello, Khen," Scott mentioned her name as they closed the door. "How are you doin?"

"I'm fine," Khen replied nervously.

"So what do you want to do?" Scott asked.

"Let's just sit down and talk," Khen said. Then both of them sat down silently.

"How are you?" Scott asked her.

"Fine," Khen replied back. "It's great. How 'bout you?"

"Ok, too." Then they both laughed. "Can i ask you a question?"

"Shoot," Khen replied.

"So, what do you think about me?" Scott asked her.

"I think you're fine," Khen answered softly. "What do you think about me?"

"I think you're nice, pretty cool and i hope i could be your friend cause i think you're a great friend," Scott answered.

"Uhm," Khen smiled. "You're joking me, right?"

"No," Scott said sincerely. "Honest."

"Ok, i beleive yah," Khen replied. Then they grew silent again.

"Well..." Scott interrupted the silence.

"Well," Khen replied, too. Then they laughed.

"Ok, can i give you a kiss on the cheek?" Scott asked.

Khen thought about it for awhile. Then she said, "Ok, it's only a peck. No problem."

Then Khen closed her eyes and Scott gave him a quick peck on the cheek. The next thing Khen new, the moment was over. They went outside the room.

"Whew! What happened?" the people asked with interest.

Khen just sat down blushing beside Opa and Belle.

Then Scott called out a number. "Ok. My turn," he replied.

Please let it be me. Number 6 Dorcas thought.

"Ok, number 6," Scott called out.

Yes! Dorcas almost flew out of the ceiling. So she stood up very quickly. "It's me!"

The people hollered. Dorcas looked at her friends and with their knowing glances, she smiled at them nervously. Dorcas blushed.

Scott led her inside the closet.

"Hi, Scott," Dorcas mumbled nervously. Thank God the lights were dim he doesn't get to see her expression. If he only knew she was so tense.

"Hello, Dorcas," Scott called out.

Then Dorcas chuckled a grin. Then Scott said, "How can i kiss you if you're laughing?"

Dorcas almost screamed. "You mean to tell me, you're gonna kiss me on the lips?"

"You know a better place?" Scott asked.

Dorcas was tongue-tied so she closed her lips.

"Close your eyes," Scott ordered her.

"Ok," Dorcas closed her eyes nervously. After a few seconds, Dorcas felt the sweet brush of Scott's lips to hers. It felt so sweet and heavenly.

"Oh, Scott," Dorcas mumbled. Dorcas felt so hot and intense as Scott kiss her on the lips. After a few seconds, the moment was gone. Scott led her outside and Dorcas was so frantic and longing for more. She felt dizzy and she can't explain the feeling. Her stomach was aching and churning. Scott sat down on his usual spot but Dorcas was still tongue-tied as she walked.

"Hey, Dorcas,schmock," Clint shouted as people look at her. "Call the next number please."

"Number..." Dorcas replied with dizzy spells. "Number..." then she reached for her hand on her temples and she slowly tumbled down the floor.

People were shocked. Everybody ran into her. Somebody shouted, "Hey, somebody, call 116."

Dorcas' friends ran to her side. Christine slapped her on the right cheek, "Dorcas, are you ok?"

But Dorcas still lay unconscious. Belle watched her with wide eyes.

"Oh, man, what did you do to her?" Dave asked suspiciously at Scott. Scott just gave an i-don't-know shrug.

"Dorcas, Dorcas, please wake up," Meme shook her arms.

"Hey, what shall we do?" Opa and Belle asked at the same time.

"I know!" Eloy said. "Water!"

"What water?" Khen and Kitkat asked with eyebrows up.

"Water!" Eloi replied. "Let's throw cold water on her so she'll wake up."

"Ok, good idea," Clint mumbled and emphasized, "Will somebody get a BUCKET of water please?"

Then some boys went to the kitchen while other guests just stood nearby and watched.

After a while 2 boys, Bobby and Arwin, went to the room with a bucket on their hands.

"Ok," Scott said. "Let's count 1 to 3."

"Ok," Eloisa replied.

"1...," the people counted and the boys swayed the bucket.

"2..." Dorcas was still laid on the floor so the boys were getting ready.

"3...," final count, but just as they were about to splash water on Dorcas, Dorcas finally stood up and said.

"Hey, I'm ok," Dorcas stood, unalarmed, and breathed. The people laughed.

"Well, so much for your good game," Marcy said. "The game was on you."

"Say what?" Dorcas fidgeted.

"Ow, nothing," Khen told her.

"So, shall we continue the game?" Bob asked sternly.

"What game?" Dorcas said innocently.

"Ow, never mind," Kitkat and Tinton told her.

"Ok," then everyone went back to their usual places. Some went outside, then some went back to check out the CD racks. Someone picked the guitars and some people jam into the songs.

"Oh, this game made me hungry,,, again!" Marcy exclaimed. Then, she headed for the food counter.

"Wait for me!" Chan said and followed her.

"Hey, Dorcas, are you ok?" Sheena, a pretty nice Guam girl, asked Dorcas after a few minutes of their-almost-spilled-a-bucket-of-water-to-Dorcas frenzy.

"I'm fine," Dorcas said as she sat at the sofa with Tinton and Kitkat.

"Yeah, she's ok," Tinton agreed. "Enjoying the party?"

"Yup, I'll just go check the counter," Sheena replied as she pointed to a table of foods.

"No problem, help yourself," Dorcas said. Then Sheena smiled and went to the food counter.

"What happened down there?" Kitkat asked Dorcas. "You're totally spazzed out."

"I don't know, " Dorcas replied and sang, "Webster hasn't found the words to express how i feel."

"Uh-hum, love?" Tinton teased and tickled her at the sides.

"Oh, Scott. It's truly amazing," Dorcas just smiled dreamily.

"Hey," Scott, with a cup of juice on his left hand, surprised the girls. Dorcas tingled over as he asked, "Got 1 place for more?"

"Sure," Tinton and Kitkat eyed each other and moved to make a space for him beside Dorcas. Dorcas shyly looked at the floor.

Scott sat. "Hi, Dorcas. Sorry about what happened a while ago."

Those eyes. Soo green. Dorcas looked at him still. Scott flashed her a smile.

"Hello, earth to Dorcas," Kitkat and Tinton said to her.

"Uhm," Dorcas awakened. "Uh, yeah. No problem. That's ok."

"I'm glad you're fine," Scott said to her.

Sigh. Dorcas thought. My first kiss is SCOTT!

"Uh, please excuse us, " Kitkat and Tinton interrupted.

"Please excuse us, Scott, we'll just go to Bob and Dave," the 2 girls said.

"Sure, no problem," Scott turned to them. "Cool."

Dorcas gave her friends a hey-don't-leave-me look. They looked back at her with knowing glances and smiled. She got nothing to do but to watch them go to their boyfriends at the other side of the room.

"Hey, thanks for inviting us," Scott said to her.

"You're welcome. It's always my pleasure," Dorcas replied. Scott smiled.

"You've got cool friends," Scott said.

Dorcas looked at her friends-- Meme, Opa and Eloisa were sitting at the far right corner of the room, they were laughing, something about Clint's joke; Tinton and Kitkat were with Bob and Dave; Khen was dancing to the tunes with some of their buddies; and Marcy was playing jokes with Sherwin, Chanchan and the rest of the gang. He's right.

"Yeah, i know, they're the greatest!" Dorcas agreed. "It was nice being a part of the group."

"Ow, i wish i had great friends like you do," Scott mumbled. She looked at him seriously.

"What do you mean?" Dorcas asked. "You don't have any friends?"

"No, i mean, yeah, in a way," Scott replied. "But they were back there in Canada. Since our tour, we don't get to see and hang around with each other anymore."

"Ow, that was sad," Dorcas heaved. Poor baby.

"Anyway, you have to be thankful you've got nice friends," Scott said to her.

"Yeah, i'm really grateful," Dorcas looked at him seriously. "Thanks for reminding me."

Scott smiled back. "Want a drink?"

Dorcas replied, "No, thanks."
