Week 1:
Monday: Pancakes w/ syrup, Banana
Pineapple chunks
Cheese Ravioli w/ sauce, Garlic bread, Green beans, Pears
American cheese w/ saltines

Tuesday: Cereal w/ milk, Orange wedges
Animal crackers
Chicken nuggets, Bread,Mixed veggies, Mixed fruit
Carrot sticks w/ Ranch dip

Wednesday: Bagels w/cream cheese, Mixed fruit
Graham crackers
Spaghetti w/ meatballs, Garlic bread, Salad, Orange wedges
Vanilla Wafers

Thursday: English muffin, Sausage patty, Peaches
Mini muffins
Turkey sandwich w/ cheese, Carrots w/ Ranch dip, Applesauce
Goldfish crackers

Friday: Cream of Wheat, Toast, Raspberries
Melon balls
Beef stew in bread bowl, Corn, Apricots
Chex mix
Children will be served breakfast & lunch and two snacks daily.  I prepare all food from scratch, and serve either whole milk or 100% juice.  I am always open to ideas, so please share!  All foods will be cut into safe size pieces and served in CHILD size portions...general rule-1 tbls. per year.  Children are always welcome to have second helpings and will never be forced to eat something they DO NOT like.  Children will eat when they are hungry, and will get the nutrients they need when consistently presented with a variety of healthy choices.
At each child's birthday, I like to celebrate by having a "party" with all the other children.  I generally like to make cupcakes or pudding pies for the children.  Let me know what your child's favorite snack is for this special occasion.
