we have finished the cd and it's practically finished mixed wise and just needs to be mastered. we had the cd listening party the other day and it's sounding amazing and everyone is in for a treat. this new cd is so much better sounding than anything you've heard from us before. it's going to take the duplication company a couple weeks to get the cd copied but it's going to be out in time for our cd release show on MAY 23RD! it's going to be amazing!

We finally finished the ALL the drum tracks yesterday and all bass is now finished! so the next 4 or 5 weeks should go by smoothly and we'll be able knock out guitar, horns and vocals quickly! Then this April, The Moshmellows will release their new full-length album "If Life Were A Musical" including 13 of the latest and best tracks ever from The Moshmellows! this could be the last update here on this part of the site.... cuz we're almost done.

We're rollin' right into christmas in the studio. we will be taking a break from the studio for all next week. We're nearly finished with those 4 new songs and we're really taking our time to make it incredible... sorry for the wait everyone!

On this page we will be keeping you up to date with EVERY detail going on in the studio as we record the new record. Hopefully we will have some studio pictures up soon too.
Right now we are working really hard on 4 new songs that are on the upcoming album:
My Girlfriend Is Lame
My Day Job
Last Of Ska
My Mom Is My Only Friend
These tracks are nearly finished and then we will be moving on to record the rest of the record. We are thinking we are going to put 13 tracks on this album, so that means we have to make a big cut from about 18 songs we have.

Debut CD "Pirates of SKA!" is a very rare cd to find now so burn it from friends or whatever, thanx to everyone who supported us in our debut and bought this record! if we happen to have this cd at one of our shows, buy it! you won't find it again! it is $5-8, depending on our mood!

"Clap For Us, Please" EP/Demo is available at our shows! it includes 3 preview demos of new songs off of the new album and 3 old but remixed and remastered tracks off of the debut "Pirates Of SKA!" so this is good cd to own, so buy it at our shows, it is only $3! thanx to everyone who has purchaed it so far, for without you, we wouldn't be able to put out the new album: "If Life Were A Musical"
