Welcome to the new "weekly" installment of Bob's thoughts, a "weekly" little diddy written by Nerdcore staff member and resident lunatic, Bob. Check back every week (depends on the day that Bob decides to actually write something) to see what's going on in Bob's gigantic head.

Well, here it is. The first issue. In Notepad. 'Cause Bob is too 1337 for a word processor. I got one right here, and ascii bunny loves it!

Isn't that right little buddy? Anyway, so far, it's been a tragic week for the US. King George II is declaring "war" on Iraq, even though only Congress can do that (not like they'll stop him, they'll fold faster than superman on laundry day), trying to finish what daddy started. On top of this blatant blood for oil venture, or maybe the finale to a family legacy of killing, we have lost the Shuttle Columbia and her crew. This strikes Bob close to home, because he spent a long time following NASA and checking up on what was going on out there. I even had a brief time wanting to be an astronaut.
You can imagine how much this is a tragedy to Bob, let alone the entire country.
At least they died fairly quickly and "painlessly". Man would that be something if any of them survived though? Wouldn't that just beat all...

I digress.

Like the rest of Nerdcore, I am also a meat sack drone at Northampton Community College, and as such I can comment on the many things going on there. Like the turning off of the sensors on the doors. Perhaps you don't know about these doors, although you should because if you read this you've probably gone and seen one of our fliers at NCC and stumbled along on this site. Either way, these are the sliding automatic doors with sensors. Unfortunately for the college, they put switches in plain sight on the doors, which turn off the sensors. You can imagine how much fun we had with this. Keep imagining. If you didn't see it, you never will. Ever.

That's it for now. Maybe. For the first time ever, this is Bob, saying who the hell are you and get off of my lawn.

Thanks for reading! Now go BACK!
