The Democrats are keeping me so confused. They obviously do not know what they want. At first, they said President Bush’s tax cut plan was way too big. They were successful in making it smaller. Now they want to enlarge it. Honestly, do the Dems think that we don’t see exactly what it is they are doing?

What are they doing? They want to send the poorer folks a check. That’s what all this amounts to. It’s a legal way to buy the votes of the poor. Just send them a check and remind them constantly through election time that it was the Democratic Party that gave them that check. They will also be constantly reminded that it was not President Bush who sent them that check. The Dems will want all the poor to think that President Bush left them completely out. Saying that would be a blatant lie, but the Dems are using it.

There are many facts that the Democrats are keeping from their constituents. The truth is President Bush’s first round of tax cuts took millions off the tax rolls. Those people do not pay any income tax – none! What better deal do you want??? They still pay the Social Security portion on their income, but you have to pay in to get it back later. But SSI is not what is at issue with tax cuts.

Today, the top 10% of earners pay 75% of the taxes. That’s the “rich”, right? Well, it depends on what you call “rich”. The Dems call me “rich”. Do I feel “rich”? I feel blessed, but I certainly do not feel “rich”.
I make around $40,000.00 gross. I could make a lot more in a metropolitan area, but the cost of living there would eat up the additional earnings, so it all evens out. Now what do I net? Somewhere around $32,000.00. Where does all that go? I live in a state with high taxes and a community that has some fairly steep taxes also. The largest tax is federal though. So am I “rich”, not at all. By the time the bills are all paid, there’s not much left to save, but I do manage to save some and contribute to my retirement.

The Dems want you to believe that the tax burden actually falls on Bill Gates and those in his bracket. The fact remains that the average American full-time worker has the tax burden, and is accused of being “rich” by the Democrats.

You want some more truth? The 2001 tax reform, brought to you by the Bush Administration, makes it possible for folks below the income level of $21,000.00 to actually get back more money than they ever paid in during the year. Yes, let me say that again;
THEY GET BACK MORE MONEY THAN THEY PAID IN!!!!

The Democrats are keeping all that information under their hats. They don’t want poorer people to have any idea that they are already getting a great deal. I have said before, the Democrats want to keep us all poor and stupid and taxed to death. They want to be Robin Hood and rob the rich to help the poor. The difference is Robin Hood was fighting injustice toward the poor. The Sheriff of Nottingham was robbing the poor to create the rich. Do not be fooled; the Democrats are robbing the hardest working and brightest people in our nation in order to send a check to buy votes in the 2004 election cycle. It’s just that simple.

Things I’m tired of hearing about:

1. Hillary Clinton’s book. The first question I have is how did she have time to produce a book in 2 years, that is over 500 pages long, if she was doing what she was suppose to be doing as the junior senator from New York? I agree with Neal Boortz, she read it, but she didn’t write it. The contents of her book don’t jive with other books that have been recently released about the Clintons. The 8 million dollars she gets for this book is just to finance her election in 2008. If you buy this book, you might as well send her a check for her campaign fund. The second question is why has she stayed married to someone who continually keeps embarrassing her this way? I would find more respect for her and trust her judgment more if she’d dumped Bill.

2. The ridiculous accusations regarding the rescue of Pvt. Jessica Lynch. There are many who are saying the entire thing was staged. Now give us all a break, that’s silly. Others say it was strange that the whole thing was taped. That’s a silly accusation too. Most special operations are taped. The footage is used to analyze the operation later to see what went right and what can be improved for future missions. The Pentagon decided to release the video because this war was fought on the up and up. Yet so many are so critical. Most of the critics are clueless, or are using the situation for political reasons, which is unfair and morally wrong.

3. Scott Peterson. I am so sorry that Laci and Connor Peterson were murdered. I feel for Laci’s family. Their pain is more than anyone should have to suffer. But I am sick and tired of turning on the television and having to struggle through the rehashing of all this, everyday, in order to get to the real news of the day. When there is something to report, do so, but don’t do 20 minutes out of every hour of news on this case.

4. Martha Stewart. Enough said.

5. Trashing President Bush. Everything President Bush does now, the Democrats find fault with. He took a fighter jet to the U.S.S. Lincoln and had to wear a flight suit in order to do that. Yet they tried to trash the situation because he looked good in that suit. Gee, he wore one for years! He WAS comfortable in it. Then the Dems wanted to know how much all that cost. Factually, it was cheaper than using marine one. It was also cheaper in man hours to have President Bush spend the night on the Lincoln than it was for him to spend the night in San Diego. This is all just another example of how stupid the Democrats think we all are. They think we will buy right into their spin. Well, just keep insulting our intelligence and the integrity of a very popular president. You’ll pay the price later.

It’s (NOT) the economy, STUPID!!!!! I hope the Democrats do not try that stunt again. I know it worked really well last time, but I truly believe America is savvier than this now. The economy is on a slow, but steady upward trend. No, we’re not into a bull market yet, but things are improving. The next tax cut should really get things going. I’m very optimistic about it. I know my finances are in better shape than they have been in a decade.

During the Clinton years, I saw my taxes go up and my pay check shrink. My company had some hard times then also, as did most, and my wages were frozen for years. All the while, the Clinton Administration was growing a budget surplus at the cost of the economy. The Military budget was being cut and the Intelligence budget was being cut even more. Terrorism was getting a strong foothold in the world and Bill Clinton was too busy doing other things to pay attention.

The problems with our economy today are a direct result of what I just stated in the paragraph above. When you add in the events of September 11th, the corporate scandals, and the “fear-mongering” Democrats, it is an absolute miracle that our total economy didn’t crash.   It was the resilience of the American people that kept things going and no one has given them the credit for that but President Bush.

Patience will be the best medicine for the economy. A steady rebound is the proper solution.

Where are those WMD’s? I don’t care!!! If you are a regular reader, you know how I felt before the war. I was the first to bring attention to the plight of the people of Iraq. That was the major priority for me from the very beginning. It matters not whether we ever find the WMD’s.

Firstly, we don’t know for certain that the WMD’s aren’t there. Saddam had a great deal of time to hide them prior to the arrival of the U.N. inspectors. Considering that he was spying on the inspectors and knew their every move, the time the inspectors were there could have been used to further hide or move WMD’s. That’s a lot of time.

Saddam thought he had a day or two more before the war began. After all, the 4th Infantry was not in Turkey and surely the U.S. could not begin an invasion until they were there. And it would be days before Baghdad would be in danger. Saddam was fooled. But he wouldn’t leave or seek safety until the last possible minute.

Saddam knew that the threat of war was serious this time. Saddam knew that he was the target. Saddam had his high level information from the French as to what the U.S. had planned. His only hope was what France did in the U.N. Security Council and how much pressure President Chirac could put on President Bush. Chirac, Schroeder, Putin, and Saddam thought they could contain President Bush. They were wrong.

Don’t forget, Saddam opened up the prisons just before the war. Yes, a great deal of those people did not belong there, but some surely did. All the murderers and thieves were released along with the rest - just more assurance that there would be chaos and looting post war.

Yes, Saddam knew if the war began, his reign of terror on the Iraqi people was over. I think plans for his escape, and that of his family, were made well in advance. Did the French help? Did the Syrians help? Someone certainly did.

Saddam also knew if the war began, he was doomed. How could Saddam assure some sort of revenge to President Bush and do it in advance of the war? Make those WMD’s vanish! What a grand plan!

They do/did exist.   I don’t think Secretary of State Colin Powell would have given that presentation to the U.N. Security Council, before the eyes of the world, without being certain of what he was presenting.

When it became obvious that regime change was coming, Saddam’s final order was to make all WMD’s disappear. Let’s go over some things that many have either forgotten or are deliberately leaving out of the story.

There were chemical and nerve agents found in the Tigris River. A large storage building was found in Iraq with empty warheads lined up in rows on the floor with hundreds more stacked up to the ceiling. Were they chemical warheads ready to be filled? Did the chemicals get dumped into the Tigris?

What about those three cargo ships that left Iraqi waters in November 2002, just after the inspectors reached Baghdad? Those ships were chartered through Egypt and sailed under the flags of three nations. The last media coverage of those ships was on February 20, 2003. The ships had been sailing in international waters for three months maintaining radio silence, which is a direct violation of international maritime law. The ships docked in several nations, mostly ones that support terror, such as Yemen. The majority of their time was spent just off the border of the Indian Ocean. We never heard about them after the war, did we? Did a French or Russian cargo ship come and pick up what ever was on those ships? Was the story of Russian war games with the Indian Navy a cover to get into the area?

Are the WMD’s still right there in Iraq? There are 900 sites named for inspection and as of last week, only 250 had been checked. Our Troops have been pretty busy trying to keep some order in the country. They don’t have a lot of extra time to look for WMD’s.

Then there is another possibility that no one mentions. Alliances change and no one knows that more than America. Did Saddam give all his WMD’s to another country that hates America? There are several who meet that condition. North Korea? No, too far away to ship everything without getting caught. Who’s left? IRAN! And they are right next door, just miles from Baghdad. No one would think to look in Iran!   Everyone believes that Iran and Iraq hate each other. And how in the world did Iraq and Iran iron out their differences? Al Qaeda!

Yes, it would be so easy to send all the WMD’s to Iran. Al Qaeda is there and they most likely have control of the weapons. It was more a gift to al Qaeda than to the Iranians. And, is there a possibility that Saddam is there to, along with his sons? In the world today, nothing is impossible.

There is no doubt that Iran is covertly fueling the flames of hate for America in Iraq. There are operatives being sent in to pay young Iraqis to protest America or to ambush American Troops. Our Troops are dying nearly every day and the blood is on the hands of the Iranians and al Qaeda.

Did Saddam get some sort of deal to flee to Iran? If Iran gets control of Iraq in the future, was Saddam promised to be restored to his former post? Did the WMD’s go with the deal?

There were so many accomplishments in Iraq. The people are free from Saddam. We are working diligently to get their infrastructure restored, even improved. We released children from prison. The torture has stopped - torture that the Olympic athletes can tell us more about than nearly anyone. Saddam’s illegal missiles, ones that could reach Israel and Saudi Arabia, were found and dismantled. Saddam’s support of terrorists in Palestine has ended.

Everyone forgets that al Qaeda was in Iraq, in two separate camps. Those camps are gone. Yet so many did not believe there was a Saddam/al Qaeda connection.

Mass graves were found and we are helping to identify the remains. These are huge mass graves.   An estimate of 15,000 bodies in Hilla and thousands more in the cities of Samawa, Mahawil, and Karadah, a neighborhood in central Baghdad. (As I type, another mass grave has been discovered.) Does all this mean nothing?

Everyone says that the main reason for waging war on Iraq was because of the WMD’s. I just don’t remember it that way. I thought it was about regime change. That’s what we talked the most about. That’s what I heard the most about.

We know about the “axis of evil”. Is there really an “axis of weasel”?
It may be quite possible. Heck, there really is a Bilderberg Group.
Why not an “axis of weasel”?

What is this axis turning for? These are the guys who are working for a one world order. (Note: There is a difference in a “new world order” and a “one world order”. A “one world order” is what everyone should be frightened of.) This group wants a great divide between the rich and the poor. They want a working/slave class and those who rule that working/slave class. This axis supports a socialist agenda and supports terrorism on a massive scale. But they are just using the terror groups to their own ends. They will allow terrorist regimes and groups to lay siege to the free world. When the free world is destroyed, the terror groups will be used as enforcers. Saddam’s regime was an experiment toward that goal, until America got in the way.

And who is part of this “axis of weasel”? You know them, Chirac, Schroeder, Annan, and to some degree, Putin. Are there others, sure - Bill Clinton is a member as are many other Democrats. Some people are supporting this “axis of weasel” and don’t even know it.

All this sounds like a conspiracy theory and it may well be. But the same was said about the Bilderbergs. They are real. Don’t dismiss all this until you’ve thought about it for a while.

Bill Clinton practically destroyed our intelligence agencies. He only met with the heads of the FBI and CIA a few times during his eight years in the White House. Our Military was left on the back burner and the pot nearly boiled dry during the Clinton Administration. Of course, Clinton is taking credit for the Military advances that made the Battle of Iraq such a success. The fact is all the advances were instituted during the Bush 41 Administration, not Clinton’s. It took that long for those appropriations to come to fruition. That is why Bush 43 has been so intent on Military budgets – we are 8 years behind.

Bill Clinton had two chances to take bin Laden and chose not to. Bill Clinton was actively degrading the power of the U.S.
That says volumes!

If you take a hard look at what happened in the U.N. Security Council, especially at what France alone did, you will see what I am getting at. France was acting in a desperate and frantic manner just before the war. They openly said they would veto any resolution that gave an open door to war on Iraq. We thought it was for their own selfish reasons and to prevent them from being implicated in helping Saddam. It is much more than just that. Much of the work of the “axis of weasel” was being done through Saddam. The support for the Palestinian terror groups, the making of WMD’s, training of al Qaeda, and who knows what else. Remember, there were French and Russian officials present in Baghdad just weeks prior to the war.   President Chirac was telling Saddam everything that he knew the U.S. was planning. Getting rid of Saddam would put the “axis of weasel” way behind schedule.

Then there’s the issue of the last round of inspections. The U.S. had requested that experienced inspectors be used. We gave them a list of suggested names. Not one of those persons was used. Dr. Blix was chosen to head the entire team, someone whose credentials look good, but whose work performance has been totally ineffective. Then Saddam insisted that a large portion of the inspectors be Arabic. The U.N. denied the U.S. wishes but granted Saddam’s. Rather than staying in tents and moving around frequently, the inspectors wanted to stay in hotels. Those hotels were bugged and the world knew it. There were no surprise inspections. Most of what was inspected were the very places thoroughly dismantled during former inspections. Saddam would have been stupid to have set up shop in any of those spots.

Are there other members of the “axis of weasel”? Most likely, there are. It does require more study and thought. But I am really beginning to believe it is real.

Now take everything I just said and put it all together.

And remember to pray for our Troops in Iraq and Afghanistan. Their work is far from done and remains quite dangerous.
