Col Oliver North - National Security Council Aide John Singlaub - CIA Covert Operative William Colby - Director of the CIA from 1973-1976 Richard Secord - "brilliant" CIA black operative Felix Rodriques - CIA Operative with close ties to Vice President Bush; member of Operation 40, the CIA's top-secret assassination squad.
