12.01: "Before They Weren't Famous"
Bart is getting more and more tired of never being able to find a good audition, so he decides to fire his agent and find someone else. When Milhouse offers to take his place, Bart fears that if he says "no", it will destroy their friendship. Milhouse turns out to be a great agent, but the two are unaware that Bart's ex-agent is plotting revenge.
12.02: "Bird Rock from the Sun"
Lisa comes across a rock in the Springfield mountains where all sorts of birds are living. Bart gets drunk and scares all the birds away, and Lisa, whilst extremely angry, attempts to get all the birds to come back but it is a lot tougher than she ever suspected. When she discovers that the large sun rays may be the cause, she starts to build a shelter.
12.03: "The Little Summer Boy"
Lisa gets a visit from an old boyfriend she met at summer camp once when she was thirteen years old. They decide to get back together, and the relationship grows strong. Milhouse becomes determined to break the two up. Lisa, however, soon begins to realise how much this boy has changed, but she doesn't have the heart to tell him this.
12.04: "The Joy of Sax"
Lisa gets another gig at a restaurant to play her saxaphone. Bart, meanwhile, is employed at the restaurant to run every Friday night's show. His co-workers begin to get fed up with his changes, so he attemps to make it up to them, but the ending result just ruins the show and completely wrecks Lisa's gig. Bart tries all he can to get her forgiveness.
12.05: "I've Got the Hour"
This is an episode set in real time. Marge realises that she needs a turkey for Thanksgiving before they are all sold out. She then discovers that there is one left in the newly built store far away in Springfield, and there is only one hour until it closes. Marge asks Bart to get there in time -- but he realises that he will need more than speed to get there in time.
12.06: "Meal of Fortune"
Milhouse decides to start up his dream of becoming a chef. His first meal becomes a smashing sucess, and he is recommended to everyone in Springfield. When he is offered over two million dollars by a restaurant owner to allow them to sell his food, he begins to think that everything is going too fast and he may be selling off a part of his youth.
12.07: "Bart Simpson Wars: Episode I"
Milhouse is now on tour to start cooking at various restaurants, and so his apartment is empty. Bart, Lisa and Maggie start to hang out there, but when they realise that it is being closed down so a new family can move in, they become determined to save the place before Milhouse gets back. But they soon realise that it is a lot tougher than they suspected.
12.08: "Back in the Christmas Spirit"
Bart and Milhouse get drunk after a friend's stag party, and they end up destroying a valuable work of art in Springfield. They are sentenced to do community service, and as Christmas is coming up, they are ordered to stay with a family for the holidays, but there is one problem -- they hate Christmas. It is Bart and Milhouse's job to put them back in the spirit.
12.09: "Mostly Farmless"
Bart, Lisa and Maggie decide to pay a visit to the old farm where Homer grew up. They discover that it is now being run by a pack of wild animals, and so they become determined to get the animals to return to their original homes so that they can rebuild the farm. Meanwhile, Milhouse is having trouble for inspiration to create a new meal.
12.10: "Bake Out II: Bart's Comeback"
It is time for the annual "Bake Out" competition once again, and Bart decides to enter so that he can prove to the boss of the bakery that he is still a good baker. But when he realises Milhouse has shown up for the competition as well, he realises just how tough the whole thing is really going to be. The two find themselves losing their friendship over it all.
12.11: "How I Spent My Dumber Vacation"
Bart auditions for another role but he just gets laughed out. He is determined to find out what makes everyone he auditions for take an instant disliking to him, and he soon believes that it is because he is stupid. A flashback to the time he was thirteen years old and spent summer at "smart camp" ensues, where he was not treated all that kindly.
12.12: "There's Something About Charlie"
Valentine's day is coming up, and Bart is shocked to discover that Charlie is having more luck with the ladie's than he is. Bart becomes determined to find out what is going on before he is forced to spend Valentine's day dateless. Meanwhile, Lisa attempts to get surgery for her stubby fingers in time for the 14th, so she can play her saxaphone at a restaurant.
12.13: "Guess Who's Coming to Win Her?"
Bart is happy after starting up another relationship with Julie. But he fears that his happiness will soon fade after Charlie arrives asking for a place to stay. Julie seems to become more and more attracted to Charlie and so Bart is determined to get Charlie to leave before she makes her move on him. This is a lot harder than he ever suspected.
12.14: "James' Day Out"
Marge asks Bart to babysit James, who is now three years old, and he accepts. Bart decides to take James for a day out, but of course, he manages to get away. After discovering that James could have gone into the worst neighbourhood in Springfield, Bart panics and is determined to get him back. James finds much adventure on his journey.
12.15: "A Baby Story"
Julie meets James for the first time and she immediatly takes a liking to him, but he takes an insant disliking to her. When Bart realises how upset this has made Julie, he becomes determined to get James to like her. But he finds himself having to trick Julie to make her happy. Bart is afraid after believing that Julie wants to have a baby herself.
12.16: "Mothers Against Springfield"
When Marge discovers how bad of an environment Springfield is nowadays for babies, she decides to form a protest group. Mayor James Quimby can't deal with the constant demands and so he forces anybody in Springfield with a police record to help clean the place up a little. Unfortunately, this involves Bart, and he doesn't know why.
12.17: "Waiter Up"
Charlie is having difficulty maintaining his apartment, and so he asks for a raise at the restaurant he works at. He soon realises what a crank his boss is after he is fired for asking, so Charlie decides to commit an act of mutiny by becoming the new boss. Bart and the others are determined to prove that mutiny acts are a thing of the past.
12.18: "Bart's Television Network"
Bart notices a dramatic increase of crappy TV shows this season, so he decides to complain to the networks. That gets him nowhere, and so he becomes determined to form his own network to put on his favorite TV shows. But when he realises that he will be sued for not asking for permission from the original networks, he is in big trouble.
12.19: "A Conspiracy of Suings"
Springfield seems to be getting more and more people suing every week, and is soon becomes the latest "fad". Bart refuses to get involved in the fad, as he believes it is stupid, but when he has a real case of suing after an unfortunate incident, he realises that he cannot sue as it has now been banned inside of Springfield, so he attempts to change the governor's mind.
12.20: "The Day We Grew Up"
After Bart, Lisa and Maggie manage to destroy a valuable work of art in the Simpsons home, Marge and Homer get angry and shout at them explaining that they still haven't matured. A day of the three trying to prove that they can behave like adults ensues, but the ending result just makes the situation even worse for the three siblings.
12.21: "Pizza Cut"
A young, pathetic pizza delivery man cuts his hand on an object in the Simpson home and threatens to sue them for all the money they have. The Simpsons become the perfect people to sue in Springfield, and the whole suing fad unfolds once again. Bart, Lisa and Maggie become determined to get the whole thing to come to an end before it is too late.
12.22: "The Unbearable Lightness of Seeing" (1)
Julie is blinded after a day out, and Bart becomes determined to be her guide around. But when he discovers that a couple of years ago, before he was frozen in time, Mr. Burns had obtained a medicine capable of making anyone have perfect vision. But, to get this, Bart must unfreeze Burns, and when he does, he fears that he may have killed him.
12.23: "The Unbearable Lightness of Seeing" (2)
Bart is charged with attempted murder and is taken to prison. Julie, being the only one who knows where Bart has gone, must attempt to overcome her blindess and bail Bart out, but she soon realises just how difficult it is. Bart, however, gets more worried when he discovers that Burns has started to unfreeze and could die at any time.
12.24: "The Unbearable Lightness of Seeing" (3)
Burns must be transported to a hospital over forty miles away to remain unfrozen, and it is revealed to Bart that he could go down for life if he passes away. Julie realises that her eyesight is getting better and is happy that the blindness was only temporary. She gets together Lisa, Maggie, Marge and Homer to help her bail Bart out and save Mr. Burns.
