3.01: "Shrubsville FM"
When Bart is offered to be a replacement host of a radio show as a one-off, he finds himself enjoying the responsibility and becomes determined to get his own radio show, and is soon offered a job hosting the official Shrubsville College radio show.
3.02: "These Boots Aren't Made for Walking"
Linda buys a pair of extremely expensive boots, which Bart, Milhouse and Charlie later manage to destroy in their own way, and they must find a way to buy another pair before they are killed. They are afraid that she will notice the temporary replacements.
3.03: "Mr. Simpson Goes to Washington"
After a successful speech in one of his classes, Bart is taken to Washington to read out the speech to many people there. He becomes incredibly nervous, and he finds himself becoming a caffeine junkie when trying to make himself calm.
3.04: "Stop the Press"
Bart discovers that he will be able to get extra credit without having to do hard work in class by working on the college newspaper, but to become accepted on the team, he must first find an interesting story, otherwise he won't have any chance.
3.05: "Radioheads"
When Bart realises that his radio show's ratings are going down the drain, he attempts to get it to become popular by getting someone famous to come onto the show, and he eventually decides on getting the now retired Radiohead band. With the guest voices of Radiohead as themselves.
3.06: "What I Want on My Tombstone"
Milhouse is shocked to discover that a tombstone with his name has been delivered to his dorm room, and he begins to suspect that his parents are keeping a secret from him and tries to find a way to travel to Springfield to find out, and also tries to get what is written on it changed.
3.07: "Eye of the Dorm"
When a storm hits Shrubsville, Bart and his roommates fear that their dorm room, as well as the college, will be destroyed. They make their way to a bomb shelter, but when the secret slips, they must decide who gets to protect themselves there.
3.08: "Turn That Clown Upside Down"
Krusty's son, Stan, comes to Shrubsville College, revealing that he wants to be a clown like his now retired father. Unfortunately, he must learn the "upside down trick" to get to the top, so he asks Bart to help him perform the stunt.
3.09: "2001 - A Face Odyssey"
Amanda finally cracks after having herself believe that she is ugly, and she tries to find the money to get plastic surgery, where as Charlie attempts to convince her that she is perfect just the way she is, although he seems to make it clear that he is really in love with her.
3.10: "It's a Smoke Son"
Smoking is the latest fad at Shrubsville College, and Bart finds himself starting the nasty habit and not being able to stop. Angry, the dean decides to go on a smoking campaign to get it banned in Shrubsville before his college is full of smokers, Bart is forced to be involved.
3.11: "The Fame is Over"
When Bart snaps at one of his tutors, the other students at Shrubsville College all consider him a role-model, although he soon begins to get fed up with all the fame he is getting, so he tries to find a way to get himself back to normal again, with the help of Milhouse and Charlie.
3.12: "Chanukah"
Christmas is coming up, and Bart realises that he may have a Jewish heritage and travels to Springfield to talk with Krusty's son for advice and decides to celebrate Chanukah with him. Meanwhile, Marge and Homer are disappointed that their son isn't joining them for dinner.
3.13: "Project Simpson - An Old Leap Forward"
After Bart notices that he has a grey hair and it is falling out, he begins to get paranoid and thinks he is becoming old very quickly. That night, he has a dream of a day where he wakes up as an incredibly old man, and must try to fit in at Shrubsville College.
3.14: "Bart's War"
The prank war of Shrubsville College has begun, where both sides of the premises go to war with eachother, using pranks. When things get a little out of hand after a bad prank played on Bart's dorm room, he swears that he will get revenge and ends up in prison in the process.
3.15: "It Came from Beneath the 'C'"
Milhouse is shocked to discover that he has earned himself a 'C' grade in a recent exam, and he begs his roommates for help, but they are all too busy, except for Charlie. Charlie agrees to help but Milhouse doesn't have the heart to tell Charlie that he is a total idiot.
3.16: "A Simple Twist of Date"
Bored of the same old dates over and over again, Bart decides to make them more interesting by going out with more interesting people, but after experiencing many dates, he is afraid that a big, tough girl wants things to get serious, and he is afraid to say "no."
3.17: "Hero Effect"
When Bart realises that he is the only person in his dorm room who is still a fan of Radioactive Man, he tries to convince that the superhero is for all age groups, but it is much harder than he suspected. Meanwhile, Charlie tries dating Amanda again.
3.18: "The Great House Detective"
After Bart, Milhouse and Charlie notice that more and more students are disappearing, Charlie convinces the other two to find out what is going on after Amanda goes missing. Their clues lead to an abandoned house, and Bart is declared "missing" after going in.
3.19: "Baby and the Tramp"
Bart and the rest of his roommates return after a night out only to discover that there is a hobo in their room, and Bart orders them to leave. Unfortunately, the girls manage to make him change his mind when they discover that the hobo is taking care of a baby.
3.20: "A Maybe to the Baby"
When Bart receives a phonecall from his family, he is shocked to discover that his mother Marge will be giving birth to a baby very soon, and she asks him to come down to Springfield to help her out, but he is too shocked that he is going to have a new baby brother.
3.21: "The Royal Camp"
Bart and the others go on a camping trip, and to make things more interesting, they make a bet - if the girls scream first, they have to give the boys $50, and the other way round. Unfortunately, they all find it scarier than they thought it would be, but don't want to lose the bet.
3.22: "Welcome Hack Mr. Van Houten"
Milhouse gets an F in one of his exams, and he knows that his parents will be disappointed, so he hires some nerds to hack into the school system and change his grade. The plan works, but when Milhouse is considered "The Hackster", he is ridden with guilt.
3.23: "Blast from the Pass"
After Bart saves the dean's life, he is offered whatever he wants at the college, but the only thing he gets is an "all access pass", a special card allowing him to go anywhere in the premises. He begins to abuse the privelage so it's up to his roommates to get the pass off him.
3.24: "Beauty and the Priest"
When Bart has to go over to the local church for an assignment, he accidentally injures the priest, so he is forced to become the priest himself, but he does a poor job, and asks the religious Emma for help. Meanwhile, Charlie proposes to Amanda, and her answer is "yes."
