5.01: "Homer Simpson's Will"
In Homer's will, he has left Bart his fortune (which he found 5 years ago), and Bart is incredibly shocked. He tries to find a good way to use the money, whilst meanwhile, at the party after the funeral, clips of Homer's memorable moments in his life ensue.
5.02: "Lime & Punishment"
Milhouse and Ed create their own lime drink which becomes a smashing hit at the college, but they face a lawsuit after a company thinks that they stole the recipe. Meanwhile, Bart returns to the college only to receive many punishments from the dean.
5.03: "A Clawfull of Dollars"
During a water studies lesson, Bart decides to adopt the crab which is being mistreated by the teacher badly, and when he realises that the crab is worth a lot of money, he faces a bunch of angry friends trying to force him to sell it, but he is too attached.
5.04: "Don't Tell Mom the Babysitter's Bart"
Marge comes up to Shrubsville College to ask Milhouse, who she trusts, to look after the newly born James. Unfortunately, James gets out of Milhouse's hands and into Bart's, and he is forced to find a way to stop James from causing havoc all over the premises.
5.05: "Radio Story"
Bart convinces Milhouse to come work on the Shrubsville College FM radio show, but when he discovers what Milhouse is really like, Bart doesn't have the heart to tell him that he is terrible, and he must choose before the ratings get worse and the show is cancelled.
5.06: "Gay it Forward"
When Bart finds himself hanging out with Ed a lot of the time, a rumor spreads around the college saying that the two of them are a gay couple. Bart tries to get things back to normal before his reputation is ruined.
5.07: "Bart vs. Milhouse"
Bart falls in love with a new girl, but the problem is, Milhouse does as well. Ed decides to sort things out before Bart and Milhouse's friendship is ruined, but Ed later discovers that the girl likes him and noone else and is afraid to tell his friends the truth.
5.08: "No Farm Done"
When Bart travels to Springfield to comfort his family in Homer's demise, he convinces them to join him in going to the farm where his dad grew up. Bart gets the idea of rebuilding the farm and making it in memorial of Homer, with the help of Marge, Lisa and Maggie.
5.09: "Late Thanksgiving"
After being so wrapped up in the upsetting demise of his father, Bart realises that he forgot to join his friends for Thanksgiving dinner last November! He agrees to have a late Thanksgiving to make it up to them, but all the turkeys have sold out.
5.10: "Homerless Christmas"
Bart receives a call towards Christmas with Marge saying that she has cancelled Christmas at the Simpsons residents because it just won't be the same without Homer ever since he died. Bart tries to convince them that Homer would want them to enjoy the holidays.
5.11: "When Dad Things Happen to Good People"
Whilst sitting with James in the Simpsons household, Bart realises that his baby brother will not get the chance of growing up and getting to know his father, Homer, so he becomes determined to be a father role-model for James.
5.12: "All's Fell That Ends Fell"
Bart is on his way back to Shrubsville College after his visit to Springfield, and he accidentally drives off a cliff and realises that it is only a matter of time before he dies. Instead of panicking, he decides to remember good parts of his life and flashbacks ensue.
5.13: "The Sound of C-Music"
Bart, Milhouse and Ed form their own band, but their music is terrible. Suddenly, "C-Music" ("Crap Music") is the latest fad in Shrubsville and the band becomes popular. Unfortunately, their fame goes down the drain when everybody starts forming C-Music bands.
5.14: "Citizen Rain"
A storm hits Shrubsville, and Bart and the others are worried. Unfortunately, things get worse when Bart thinks his family is in danger in Springfield as the storm is worse, so he must brave the storm in Shrubsville to protect his family.
5.15: "Bee Honest"
In the 100th episode of "The Older Bart Simpson", a swarm of dangerous bees is on the loose in Shrubsville and it is feared that they may invade the college. Now with many of his friends in the hospital, Bart figures that it is up to him to rid of the bees once and for all.
5.16: "The Real Reason James Fell in Love"
When Marge asks Bart to babysit James again after a good job of it (5.06 "Don't Tell Mom the Babysitter's Bart"), Emma also appears to be looking after a female baby as well, and James seems to be falling in love with her. Bart finds this odd and attempts to sort things out.
5.17: "Bart Simpson's Radio Stories"
Bart is asked to find something to boost up his radio show's popularity, and he decides on telling one of his "Bart Simpson Stories" everyday on the air. The show begins to get more popular but the rival college's radio station appears to want war.
5.18: "Homer Lives"
A student who acts and looks very similair to Homer comes to Shrubsville College, and Bart becomes determined to prove that this student is probably just a resurrected version of his father, but he is just sent to the college counsellor.
5.19: "Two Guys, a Girl, and a Bakery"
When Bart discovers that his radio show won't be airing on certain days, he is forced to find another job, and so he decides to get a job at the local Shrubsville bakery with Ed and Linda. Meanwhile, Milhouse is asked to look after James whilst Bart is working.
5.20: "An American Bart in Paris"
Bart is forced to travel to Paris in France to do some studies, and he bumps into someone the same age as him, and he begins to think that they could be soulmates, although Bart is uncomfortable with having a male soulmate for some unknown reason.
5.21: "From Springfield with Love"
After a girl arrives at Shrubsville College claiming to be Bart's perfect wife, he becomes paranoid of Marge invading his lovelife and tries to find a way to say "no" to this girl without hurting her's, and Marge's, feelings.
5.22: "It's a Wonderful Wife"
Milhouse gets an experience of life with a wife, and he does not like it one bit. Amanda tries to convince Milhouse that the married life is the greatest, but when she realises that Charlie may be having second thoughts about it, she doesn't know what to think.
5.23: "Blind Date"
Bart hits on a girl who later turns out to be blind, and he is not sure whether he should let things get too serious. When he goes on his first date with her, he realises that they have a lot in common, but she gets the wrong end of the stick.
5.24: "The Spying Game"
Bart's new blind girlfriend Jess begins to think that her boyfriend is cheating on her, so she hires someone to find out the truth for her. Meanwhile, Milhouse's sister comes to stay in the dorm for a while for a visit.
