The Older Bart Simpson: The Movie
In the first "The Older Bart Simpson" movie, Bart finds himself missing his father more and more everyday and becomes determined to travel to Scotland to visit a person who can supposedly contact the dead. Although the ending result isn't very good, the person refuses to be paid for her services as she really thinks she got a vision from a certain Homer Simpson, but there is one thing that it is not quite right - he doesn't seem as if he has passed on. This makes Bart think, so he contacts Milhouse and the other roommates to help him find out what has really happened to his father, but it is harder than he thought it would be, especially since he nervous that a spy could be following him. Later, it turns out that this person who refused to get paid was a con-artist who just didn't get the money part right, and Bart returns to Shrubsville College still father-less.
The Older Bart Simpson: Against the USA
Bart's perfect wedding unfolds when Homer awakens from his deep sleep and attends the ceremony, unaware that he will be involved in a large plot against the USA. Bart calls the wedding off to attempt to save his father, and the abductors demand over one million dollars as they know Bart will do anything for his father. Emma, however, doesn't know a thing about this and she believes that Bart doesn't love her anymore and runs away to start a new life in Springfield. Homer's mother (who is now extremely old) tries to convince Emma to reconsider her relationship with Bart as she wants her grandson to be happy, but Emma just won't face the facts that Bart really does love her and keeps on saying "no." Bart, along with Milhouse, Ed and Charlie agree to locate the secret base where Homer is currently being held and save him. Unfortunately, they realise that it is a lot tougher than he suspected. Whilst there, the person in charge of the entire plot against the USA agrees to compremise. If the boys can survive a dangerous game of "cat & mouse", Homer will be returned to them. Unaware of what they are about to get themselves into, Bart says "yes" and the game is on. Eventually, all is saved and Bart and Emma finally wed, and return to Springfield as a happy couple.
The Older Bart Simpson: Wedding Day
The wedding has finally arrived, and Bart receives a call from the hospital that Homer has passed on. He must choose between returning to Springfield to pay his final respect, or go through with the entire ceremony. He makes the decision of getting a flight to Springfield, but Emma doesn't know about this and she thinks that he has ran away and storms off back to the apartment, where she meets Jane, who was planning to tell Bart that she is still in love with him, and a long talk begins. Meanwhile, Bart arrives at Springfield and discovers that Homer has been sent to the morgue already. He attempts to get there before he is finally buried, but he discovers that it is almost impossible, and soon realises that it will take more than speed to pay his final respects and return to his bride-to-be.
