Our youngest son is named Hunter Christian Dean and he was born on October 14, 2000 at 4:26 a.m. He weighed 8 pounds, 5 ounces and was 21 1/2 inches long. He is very handsome, as you can tell by the picture! He has strawberry blond hair and blue-gray eyes. He loves to eat vegetables and eggs, just about anything! And CANDY! He is not a baby anymore, he is a little boy! To see pictures of him and our family,

Now we are the parents of two wonderful boys! Camden was born 2 days before his due date. It was a long delivery, 22 hours from the time my water broke until he was born. We went through some difficulties in trying to conceive. I went through various tests for about 8 months, and then my doctor put me on Clomid because I was not ovulating. After just 2 cycles of Clomid, we conceived! Everything happened at once; we found out I was pregnant on January 10th, and earlier the very same week Greg had just turned in his notice at work so we could move to Jacksonville to be nearer to my family. What timing! We did not know what was going to happen, but God knew what He was doing. We know that He will take care of us throughout everything. Greg moved to Jacksonville in February 1998 to find a job, and I stayed behind to continue working until we could sell our home. I moved to Jacksonville in May after the house sale was final. Then I had to find a new doctor to deliver my baby. I found a good one in Orange Park, where we now live. He also delivered Hunter. I was in labor for 12 hours with Hunter. We love being parents. There is really no way to describe how wonderful it is to have children. It just takes your breath away! Camden and Hunter get more precious every day. However, we are not planning on having any more!
Here is a picture of us from Easter Sunday, April 16, 2006. Hunter was 5 1/2 and Camden was 7 1/2. We went to church and then to Grandma & Grandpa's house afterwards. In February of 2006, Brenda was diagnosed with breast cancer. She had her surgery 10 days after Easter and the doctor did not get it all, so a second surgery about 4 weeks later. Then 33 daily radiation treatments, ending on 8/28/06. No prescriptions or chemotherapy! Please remember us in your prayers so that there will be no recurrence. We know that God will see us through this time. He has already blessed us with being able to find it early, totally through some symptoms Brenda had that caused her to go to the doctor to be checked, which her surgeon said were probably not related to the cancer but while checking it out the cancer just happened to be found. Isn't God wonderful?!
To the right are Greg's parents, Don and Sandra. They have four grandchildren now! They are really doting, as all good grandparents should be! They live in Tennessee. This picture was taken at Rock City. We were able to visit with them at Thanksgiving after Camden was born so they could see him for the first time! It was a lot of fun. Camden got to meet his Great Grandpa and two Great Grannies, too! We took Hunter up for his first Thanksgiving, too.
To the left are Brenda's parents, Warren and Vivian. Camden is their first grandchild and Hunter is the second. Needless to say, they love them very much! This picture was taken at our wedding in 1994. They have been wanting grandchildren ever since! They got their wish! They really love the little ones. The grandchildren get more than their share of attention. They love being grandparents, and they are good at it! Their other interests include ballroom dancing, and they are really good at that, too. They also enjoy camping and traveling, as many retirees do. Camden and Hunter love all of their Grandparents!
