The Joshua Foundation
This is named after a child called Joshua Cornelius who died in 1998 from Desmoplastic Round Cell Tumour of the Abdomen, a terminal cancer. His mother visited my school [Knutsford High] to talk about the foundation and the Oz Experiance. The foundation provides holidays and experiances for children and their families where the child has terminal cancer.
PLEASE HELP
I need to raise £2400 so I can take part. 50% of the money goes towards my work with children with terminal cancer, the rest covers the cost of the trip there. I will raise this through holding a Talent Show and a Battle of the Bands [to take part you must be a Knutsford High student] BUT I will need bands for the charity gigs i will be doing around and about.
If you and your band would like to take part in any of the gigs please get in contact with me, or if you know of anyone who would be intrested. If you also know anywhere where these gigs could be held, that would be a great help. Thankyou.
