the people who think the atkins diet idea is smart and effective are the same people who need to be fed to rosie o'donnell....

even IF atkins can actually help a person lose weight, think about the downside. the basic premise of the atkins diet is low carb, high fat....alright...think about the latter.
if the high fat by itself doesn't negate the fact that you're on a diet, think about this...more often than not, high fat is also associated with high cholesterol....so fine, if the diet even helps u lose weight, you're at a higher risk of contracting heart problems.....

even more amazing, atkins was OBESE! the man had heart problems! doesn't that sort of hurt his credibility? you're taking dietary advice from a fatass? what the hell are you idiots thinking?

so here's what i'm gonna do...i'm gonna do you a favor and modify the atkins diet a bit so you feel the results quicker....i give to you, the ramin approved atkins diet:

Breakfast:
Food: A tub of crisco
Drink: Wash it down with a gallon of vegetable oil

Lunch:
Food: 145 pieces of bacon, and not a single piece more (remember, you're watching your weight here)
Drink: Take a pound of cheddar cheese, melt it into liquid form....and drink up

Dinner:
Food: A whole ham
Drink: Take a jar of mayo, and make a milk shake outta it

Don't do dessert, remember, you gotta watch your carbs

Also, wear striped shirts, i hear they make you thinning.....but if you don't believe me, here's a testimonial:
