Here lie a few pictures of an injury I recently sustained to my ankle. This, surprisingly, not a break. It's a compound exposed dislocation. This means that I dislocated my ankle and the bone went through the skin. So, enjoy these few pixel mashes of AWESOME!

In these next few pictures you get to see my bone. My tibia, I think. I thought you'd enjoy. The white stuff you see is not bone. It's actually cartilage, blood runs off of it like a non-stick pan.

This next one was taken a week and a half after the initial injury. The grayish area is a blood blister. After this picture was taken the doctor took it off. It was slightly disturbing to see scraps of flesh being torn from my body.

Gross eh?
