Hockey is a great sport. However some people can lose thier prespective. Sometimes in a game situation, sometimes about thier childs development. I'll be the first one to put up my hand and say that sometimes I can get caught up in the moment. Tie games with less then one minute left can bring out the worst in all of us. To help us parents Hockey Canada set up a campaign which started in 2002. The programme is called 'Relax, it's just a game'. I'm not suggesting that I know anyone like the people you will see in the videos below. My goal is to help players and parents to find information that you be useful. I hope you will find these videos and links useful.
