| SERVICES & RATES: Our basic rates apply to households with 1 dog, 1 dog & 1 cat, or 2 cats. Visits are 1/2 hour in length. Standard duties are also included in these rates. Additional charges will apply if you have more pets or if more time is required to complete the requested pet or home care. Standard duties include: * Feed and provide fresh water. * Walk or playtime as requested. * Litter box scooped and area around box swept. * Mail and newspaper brought in. * Window treatments opened and closed and lights alternated. * Trash taken to curb, if requested. * Plants watered (large amounts of plants to be watered may be subject to additional charges). * Walk through to insure that your home remains secure and mechanicals are operating properly. DAILY VISITS & DOG WALKS - Starting at $15 per visit - Available daily. Each visit is 1/2 hour in length. (Hourly visits are available and start at $30/visit.) EVERY-OTHER-DAY (EOD) VISITS - Starting at $30 per visit - Available only for cats without special needs. Each visit is 1/2 hour in length. VACATION CARE - Starting at $15 per visit - Up to 3 visits per day. Standard duties. HOLIDAY FEE - $5 per visit added to regular charges - For the following holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Easter, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day. KEY PICKUP AND RETURN - $5 per trip - Please notify the office upon your arrival home so that arrangements can be made to return your key. ADDITIONAL PETS (per visit) - Per Dog - $2 - Per Cat - $1 (EOD visits - $2) - Aquarium or caged animals - $1 LATE BOOKING - $12 - If less than 48 hours notice before first requested visit. HOLIDAY CANCELLATION - 50% of scheduled invoice - If less than 2 weeks notice. Since this time has been held for you, other client bookings may have been declined, meaning lost income for our staff. |
