If I were to consider a tattoo (which due to, first my fundamentalist Southern, Calvary Baptist upbringing, and second, my observation that I can't even choose a hair color with certainty, is not likely) I would choose one of the two following images.

One or the other of the above images was used

by monks, before the Renaissance, at the end

of their handwritten manuscripts to indicate,

"the best I can do, dedicated to God."

 

             The three of swords represents Heartbreak, Loneliness and Betrayal. 

            Such an amazingly beautiful image, but I am afraid that inking this

            onto my body makes some sort of statement about what I want to draw

            into my life.
