Positions

Officers: There are eleven senior officers at any given time, including
the Dragon Commander. They don't have to be the highest ranking but
rather need to have a certain position.
The senior officers are as follows: the Captain, the XO, the Chief of
Security, the Chief Medical Officer, the Science Department Head, the
Chief Engineer, the Tactical officer, the Sensors officer, the
Communications Chief, Helm Officer, and the Dragon Commander.
Anyone who wants their character to be a senior officer must apply for
one since these are big shoes to fill. There are other officers as
well, and these characters will be viewed strictly, but will rarely be
rejected.

Civilians: Like on any big ship, there are civilians, so you can be one of these as well. I'm going to be extremely lenient with incoming
civilians. Any profession is allowed.

Enlistedmen: Of course there are always some of these. I won't be too
harsh on these characters. You will find most of these characters
working in engineering and maintenance.

Soldiers: We will also be needing soldiers to be in the Dragon Army.
There are officers here as well, but they hold no rank outside the
army. These characters make up the military force on the Phoenix. They wear a uniform of black leggings, black tunics, and black boots covered in steel shin guards, thigh guards, wrist guards and shoulder guards.

Other Personnel: There are also characters that work on board the
Phoenix, but aren't enlisted or officers. These would be cooks,
bartenders for the lounge, and the like.

Students: And then there are the students. Almost department and/or senior officer has a few students (teenagers) that are training with them until they're old enough to enter the academy. The only positions that don't have students are the Captain who's to busy for any, the Dragon Commander who commands something you shouldn't teach a teenager, and the First Officer, who just plain doesn't want any so he doesn't have any.
