Tugger is the Junkyard's flirtiest cat, even more so than Bombalurina. He has all of the females eating out of his hand, except for the skittish Demeter and the elder Jellicles. Etcetera is completely and totally obsessed with him, which he doesn't seem to mind. He has a big ring of fur around his neck, somewhat like a tigers, which is really neat looking. And if you look closely, he has an 'Elvis curl' at the front of his hair!
