The Price Twins Music
Original Lyrics and Music
Hola Amigos!

Greetings from sunny Cozumel, Mexico.  The Caribbean island that has inspired so much of our music has finally become our home.  Having a great time, wish you were here!

-Don & Jon
Here's some background info on us:

We are Don and Jon Price, twin brothers from Alamogordo, New Mexico, now living in Cozumel.  We've been writing songs and playing guitar together since we were teenagers (don't ask how long ago that was).  Our first 45 was released with Norman Petty of Clovis, New Mexico, who also recorded Buddy Holly and Jimmy & The Fireballs.  After completing a 3-year songwriting contract with Capital Records, we went on the road with our band, still writing songs--country, rock, folk--and even recorded an inspirational album along the way.  Eventually our lives took separate paths--we got married, raised families, you know how that goes.
Now here we are, the kids are grown and once again music has become a very important part of our lives.  We love playing our own songs so  we started writing again.  A few years back we made a trip to Cozumel and were blown away by how this place inspired our songwriting.  So we came back again and again...  Before long we had some fantastic new songs that we just had to record.  So it was off to California and the recording studio.  We got 6 songs on disc and then got so homesick for Cozumel that we packed up and moved to the island!  We plan on having our own recording studio in Cozumel in the not-so distant future,  but in the meantime we're having fun with our new friends in Cozumel and making music at weddings,  beach parties, nightclubs and special events.  Beats
Thanks to all our friends in Cozumel for their advice and support and to our family for helping us make our dream become a reality.  If you're thinking about heading down Cozumel way, drop us an e-mail, we'd love to hear from you.  There's a frosty margarita here waiting for you.  Until then...hasta la vista!
