| Name: Connor McMannon Codename: Blacksmith Age: 17 Nationality: British Affiliation: Neutral Height: 183cm Weight: 80kg Eyes: Black Hair: Black Powers: Connor is a universal blacksmith, meaning he can temper, sharpen and cut to size anything using anything. When using his powers, the finer the material he uses is, the more effective his power becomes. The things he can work with and the results which the products can achieve are limitless. However, Conner can only use his powers for a short periods at a time. Equipment and Skills: Connor doesn't have directly offensive powers and, therefore, he created and perfected the use of two main pieces of equipment. The first is a large two handed sword, which has been tempered by Connor to the relative strength of adamantium while only being made of aluminium, so it is relatively light for a sword that size. He is very good with it. The other weapon is a longbow and a set of arrows. The longbow has been tempered to make it extremely tough and requires a lot of strength to prepare it to fire, removing its rapid fire ability. The extra tension provided by the toughness propels arrows at the speed of sound. The arrows have been tempered to make them withstand the extra force without shattering. Their tips have also been sharpened to the extreme, making them able to punch through almost anything. Connor is a crack shot with the bow. History: Born in a quiet country village to a ferrier and his wife, Connor was instructed since birth on how to follow his father's footsteps. Always a silent person, Connor had a special talent for the forge. Soon he became better than his father, though he would not show it. Together, they became the most sought out ferriers in England. Soon after his father's unfortunate death a few years later, his mother fell into despair and went senile. At was at this point that Connor lost all trace of emotion. He became very cold, not talking to anyone. He continued his work as a ferrier, raising enough money to keep his mother comfortable for the rest of her days. Then he packed up and disappeared and was next seen in Bayville, however, how and why he went there are unknown. Personality: Connor is very silent, offering his opinion only if it is really necessary, refusing to speak at all other times. he is sometimes refered to as a 'cold, calculating bastard' due to his complete lack of emotion at all times. He uses his powers only in the service of himself or of very close friends, which he has few of and he doesn't make friends easily. He doesn't mind as he is not a people person. Also, he is very particular about his creations and will not tolerate anyone making improper use of them. He doesn't like technology, being brought up in a village away from the cities. He prefers to rely on his own creations instead. |
