Harassment The most important thing to remember, even in the heat of being taunted, is to keep a record of times, dates, and witnesses to each incident. Also record what happened. Physical evidence and proof are the biggest issues when prosecuting a harasser. If it gets physical, or there is property damaged, go to the hospital get checked out and get a copy of that report. The police are almost always hesitant to be involved in things like this, but make sure you get them involved. Make them file reports, and prosecute if evidence leads allows them to. In some cases prosecution is not necessary. Remember civil court for suing, and Peace Bonds.
