She smiled and shook her head. "Uh-uh! No cheating. No sailor scouts or Tuxedo mask." They all looked at each other. They nodded and transformed back to their normal clothes. "All right. Here we are, we have the amulet, now where is SERENA!?!" Darien shouted. Hanol smiled. "Oh, worried about your princess? Don't worry, she's still here." Hanol closed her eyes and out stretched her arms to the sky. Everything around them turned black. They next thing that they knew, they surrounded by blackness. Hanol was standing beside Serena. She placed a hand on Serena's heart. "Leave her alone!" cried Darien. Hanol turned and smiled. "Give me the amulet." Darien looked at the amulet that was in his hands. "Don't, Darien." He looked up the see Serena looking at him. "Don't give it to her." "Give it to me or she dies." "Don't Darien or we'll all die!" Darien was torn. Either have is love die, or go against her wishes. He had to save her. That was the reason they had come. "Hanol!" She looked at him. "Catch." He threw it in the air. She grabbed it and held it in her hand, smiling. "Now, let her go!" Darien cried. "I don't think so." "What?" "I need her heart. I came here searching for a heart with the most emotional power, the one that would give me the most power.  That heart is right here. I am not leaving here without it." She turned her head to Serena had smiled. She placed her hand over Serena's heart. "Wait!" Darien shouted. Hanol turned. "You said you would let her go."  Hanol smiled evilly at him. "I lied." Her hand started to glow. "NO!" Cried Darien. Serena threw her head back and cried out in pain. Darien fell to the ground again. He placed his hands over his ears. He couldn't listen to her screams. He heard Hanol laugh. Serena's screams had stopped. He looked up and gasped. Her head was turned to one side facing him. Her eyes were all misty and one solid color, just like the other victims. A single tear fell from her eyes. "d...a...r...i...e...n." she said softly. Tears came to Darien's eyes. He placed his head in his hands. The clasps that were around Serena's wrists and ankles were undone and she was left lying there. "...no... no... No... NO!" He cried. He lifted his head to face Hanol. She turned to see tears streaming down his face. She gasped. She didn't think she meant that much to him. Why would he be crying? Over her? She smiled and shrugged her shoulders. "Oh well." Serena's heart was brighter than all the others he had seen. He could see all the emotion that was glistening in it. Hanol placed it in the amulet then placed it around her neck. She walked over to Darien who was still on his knees. "So, since your girlfriends gone, do you want to be mine?" He glared at her. "What?" "Do you want to rule the world with me?" He slowly stood up. "How could... how could you ask me that. You killed the one person I love, you hurt her and me, and now you ask me if I want to be with you!?! What kind of bitch are you?" all looked at him. He was crying tears of sadness but his eyes were full of anger. Hanol glared at him. She held her hand out in front of her pointed at Darien. "If I can't have you, then no one can." A beam of light came out of her hand. It went through Darien. He gasped, fell to his knees, and then fell to the ground. His heart floated above him. Hanol walked over took it, and walked away. The scouts ran to their friends. Raye and Lita went to Serena, Mina and Amy went to Darien. Raye shook Serena. "Serena! Serena! Come on Serena! Don't do this!  Dreams can't be taken away, Serena! You just can't die! You have to have your dream back! Serena! Come on! Your dream is to live with Darien, and Rini, and rule Crystal Tokyo!" Serena just stared into nothingness. She didn't care anymore and Raye knew it. She wouldn't let her friend die! Not like this! "You can't die! We need you! Darien needs you! Serena, you are wanted and needed! You can't leave, not yet! You have to fulfill what you were reborn for. You can't let your mother have died in vain! She did this so you could live! You can't die! You can't leave Serena! We need you! I NEED YOU!" She was crying now. She had shaken her friend so much. She slowly gave up hope. "If you don't wake up...Serena.... if you don't..." She buried her face into her hands. Cries racked her body. Her best friend was as good as dead and there was nothing she could do about it. She suddenly felt a hand on her shoulder. She looked up and gasped.
