"The FRAME" aired on Leased Access Time Warner Channel 76, and broadcast to 6 counties in Upstate NY. Local businesses sponsored the show and ran advertisements on The Frame. Sponsors included Bahama Bob's Cigars, KRUDCO Skates, Physical Graffiti, and Millenuim Games and Hobbies. |

In 1999, Dan Didsbury partnered up with a Producer known on the underground music video scene as DR. SMOOV. Together they formed DR. SMOOV Productions. DR. SMOOV had ideas about blending the old with the new and expanding content to include other artists and filmmakers looking for exposure. The result: a 2 hour block of programming featuring the best of DJ Productions, Empty Frame Television, independent films, cartoons, music videos, college produced programs, other public access, and more. The DR. SMOOV television program was born. |
