The Issues
This page is for the sole purpose of getting out some of the important issues that have been brought up by The Resistance.

Some of the issues below may be more serious than you think please email me if you have any questions.  Send me your issues I will probably publish it.

1.  I think that our first issue must have been when we were in the break room and two supervisors who I won't mention told us that we needed to "be quiet" in the break room!!!  Just so they could do their preshift.  There were also two rooms downstairs that they could have used.  I went downstairs myself and saw that there were two rooms.

2.  Another problem that we had was one of our members was pushed on purpose by someone higher than an EC.  I don't care what company you work for that is wrong.  It is wrong for anyone to push another person but supervisors and managers are held to a higher standard. 

3.  One of our members was called a "manipulative weasel" by a supervisor. 

4.  One of the days our whole team was down in a continuing ed and one of the EC's on our team came down and said that people were touching our stuff.  Not only our team but other teams as well.  The decision for them to touch our stuff was made by supervisors and higher ups.  We have never been told to take our stuff to continuing eds.

5.  We have complained against the fact, that since we have complained, we are targeted, even though the higher ups will not admit it. 

6.  I brought up the fact that when I got a write up for abusing not ready.  Meaning that I go to the bathroom or HR on break that I am abusing it.  I know for a fact that almost everyone at Convergys does this.  But ironically I get in trouble for it soon after I conducted a survey about the morale of Convergys.

7.  We had one supervisor tell an EC (though it was directed towards the entire group that we are past third grade and should be able to think for ourselves.  I was also told in that same setting that I didn't have a right to complain if I had not put anything in Doris.

8.  I had an Operations manager tell me that he would set up a meeting for three weeks straight and it never happened, even though I bugged him about it just about everyday during that time period.  The funny thing is that I got into the directors office in three days.  I told her about the problem and once again it was a big misunderstanding.  Managers never make mistakes, what was I thinking?

9.  One of our members was also targeted when he complained about issue #7 and all of a sudden he was given a verbal warning for his non billable time.  My time is just as bad as his and I have been given nothing.  Imagine that.  Hmmmm.... we're not targeted. Yea right.

10.  One of our members had almost flawless stats and attendance.  One day this person had broken a mouse.  Though they did not mean to they were told that they willfully damaged company property and were fired.  They had no verbal or written warnings.  They even offered to pay for the mouse. 

11.  I think that one of the biggest issues is the gas leak.  There was so much lying and deceiving in this issue it made Clinton look like an angel.  This is a perfect example of how Convergys showed that it cares more about their stats rather than their employees.
Is this how you feel at work sometimes?  We know it is!  But it isn't your fault!

Here is the deal.  Issues will continue to arise and be sent to us.  We will do everything in our power to help you.  If we have to we will even help you take legal action.  Convergys will make a big mistake eventually, it is only a matter of time.  We want to have good relations with Convergys.  We have tried many times to take the easy road but it was unsuccesful.  One day we may be able to get along well together.  Maybe one day this madness of the management will stop and they will treat the entertainment consultants with dignity and respect.  But the only way that can happen is if we stick up for each other.
