| Basically there are lots of things that you can do. You know the reason that we started doing something is because we were basically getting pushed around. We sat there and watched supervisors and managers making horrible decisions and breaking rules. Then when we did the slightest thing wrong we were slammed for it. So basically what we did was went through the Convergy's manual and looked at all the rules that we saw supervisors or managers breaking. Then one by one we started turning them in. We didn't even get nit picky about it. They were breaking rules that we knew were wrong. In our opinion we decided that going to your supervisor to solve a problem doesn't do any good. They don't care. And when you do tell them they take forever to do anything for you. We have also found that specific operations managers don't really care about your problems. So we found out that the easiest thing to do is just go straight to Human Resources. They will (most of the time) get back to you and listen to your problems. They are a nuetral party. Or so they say. Some things that you can do would be when you see a supervisor doing something wrong whatever the case may be. Don't be afraid to tell your supervisor that you either need to talk to your operations manager or else go to HR and they WILL let you. If they don't then on your break or lunch go make another complaint with the one that you already have that they are not letting you go complain. There are many other things that you can do and I will post them soon. |
