hiding feelings..

Why do people hide their feelings?
It's not as if the listener's going to scold or yell at the person for feeling that way.
I can't stand it when someone just piles up all their stress without even considering to share the worries with a friend.
I can partly understand because it could be influenced by the environment they grew up in and other preferences they have.
But my main theory is that you need to tell your friend feel bothered and worried as well but it's just not good for that individual as well.
Cramming up feelings is never going to help. And I think we all agree that talking to friends about worries help solve the problem more easily rather than talking to teachers or parents. Not always, but usually..
We connect more easily, we just understand.
It's not that easy for some people to open up their hearts to others.
It could be from a wound they received before when they attempted to open up or just merely because their shyness.
People should open up. Blow all the stress on your most precious friends.
That's what they're best at, listening to what you want to tell them.
It's going to feel so much better after you've relieved all your stress.
I can almost guarantee it. : )
