My thing

Music...

Music is my one and only true stress reliever. Just listening to a song puts me in the situation of the song. When I'm listening to Nate Dogg's "Ooh Wee", I'm feeling the groove on the streets of Bronx. When I trun to Jamiroqui's "Virtual Insanity", I'm in Central park, watching the people pass by. Linkin Park's "Fain" puts me right at the concert, behing the barricades screaming my lungs out. The "drumline" soundtrack is something that you can't miss. The beating of the drums makes you want to stomp your feet and start jiggling your body. I could write pages and pages of all the wonderful songs that gets me going on, but I think I'll stop here. I can feel myself moving in the inside, groovin' to the beats, and I guess this little gig that I have puts me in a place that I would like to be when I'm feeling all stressed out and tired. Everybody has his/her own place they go to whenever they want to get out of the stressful reality they're in. Music is my thing, and that's why it's so important for me to listen to music as frequently as possible. I seriously couldn't live without it for a single day. Having somebody to share that joy is important too. I have a friend with similar tastes, and that just doubles the excitement. Having such a companion means that the both of you can work together to cope with the hectic world we're in right now. Music... As Madonna put it, it seriously 'makes the people com together'. It's truely is an international language.
