What happens when a middle age woman finds her marriage over, leaving her on her own? Cheryl Foster's twenty four year marriage ended in divorce two years ago, due to her husband's interest in another woman. Cheryl believes, given time, Paul will come to his senses and beg her to come back. Reality can hit harder than a ton of bricks. Cheryl has no marketable skills, and she's not exactly on the best of terms with her son and daughter.

Starting over again is one of the hardest things a woman can do, but Cheryl is in a period of self discovery. Her character goes through some subtle changes, and some not so subtle while she finds a place for herself. Cheryl's circumstances draw the reader in and holds them there until she finds solutions. The rest of her family have a lot to learn, as well, in dealing with one another.

Ms Henderson has written a touching story, with true to life situations, one which will undoubtedly hit close to home for many readers. A time of growth and self discovery for all the characters, Child Support is one story you won't want to pass by.
