Talk about jumping out of the frying pan into the fire....Dulcy Ferris is about to do just that. She's getting married in eight days and her two best friends are taking her out for a private bachelorette party. Dulcy is somewhat subdued, maybe having second thoughts. How sure can she be sure of her feelings for her fiance when she feels an immediate attraction to a handsome guy who walks into the bar? Dulcy doesn't consider repercussions when she lets nature takes its course.
Three days later, with the stranger still on her mind, Dulcy is shocked to see him arrive in her office, following her fiance's mother. Friday night's fantasy turns out to be Brad's best friend, and best man for the wedding... But nobody knows where the groom has disappeared. Dulcy and Quinn form something of a reluctant team to find Brad before the wedding. Will guilt keep distance between the bride to be and the best man?
With every new release, Tori Carrington's stories become spicier. Their current hero and heroine raise the temperature along with questions to find the missing groom. Information comes to light, of which Dulcy has no previous knowledge. It's only a small part of the problem. Clues to Brad's disappearance aren't making much sense, and neither is Dulcy's conscience. Her friend Jena, and Quinn's 'housekeeper', Esmeralda don't help, either, while somebody takes to following Dulcy around, adding some tense moments.
While the plot's steamy scenes keep readers attention on Dulcy's and Quinn's growing relationship, secondary characters provide clues to finding Brad, and when the errant groom finally does show up...Uh oh...
Will both situations ultimately find resolutions? For the answers, you'll have to follow Dulcy and watch her go to Blazes at A Stranger's Touch.
