| Nymphetamine is in my opinion the greatest song by Cradle Of Filth and is indeed my most favourite song ever! I have made this here page not just because I am a serious hardcore Cradle fan, but because me and my girlfriend Molly see this as 'our song', yes we're soppy and stuff, get used to it! So as you can no doubt understand, this song is very special to me and her so I thought it should have it's own place on my site just as it does on hers. |
| Behind the bone chilling vocals and morbid instrumental there is a deep an romantic message behind the songs video.The video depicts a man and woman, the girl is shown as an aged woman on a swing and the man is shown in what seems to be the confines of a stone crypt or mortuary to represent the simple fact that he has been seperated from his lover through a tragic demise. However another couple are depicted in a theatrical play as they re-enact the tragic end of the romantic story. Meanwhile the couple sing a song that represents the love they felt for each other. The videos overall representation in my opinion is to show how love conquers all obstacles, even the tragic reality of death. |
