With the Springboks winning this years Tri-Nations they have now lifted the spirits of many South Africans.
This years Tri-Nations proved once again why it is one of the most exciting competitions in the world. With all games coming down to the wire we witnessed some scintillating rugby from all sides.
Springbok rugby looks to be in good shape. With players relatively young and a new coach we can expect them to be one of the favourites in RWC 2007.
