These are the rulessuch as they are. All Members are required to follow them as they apply to all.

09-16-2003: New Character designations to go with the theme of Phoenix. See Below:

This is not really used in any designations within the guild, but we keep it around for amuzment.

Levels 1 through 9 = Chicken
Can't fly and can't kill
Levels 10 through 19 = Pigeon
Not quite Chickens, but they can fly
Levels 20 through 29 = Duck
What's the term ... "Sitting Duck"
Levels 30 through 39 = Buzzard
Kind of an ugly stage
Levels 40 through 49 = Owl
Much wiser than the Chicken stage
Levels 50 through 59 = Condor
Feeling tough
Levels 60 through 69 = Falcon
Actually are kind of tough
Levels 70 through 79 = Hawk
True killers, watch out
Levels 80 through 89 = Eagle
Masters of the skies and Realms
Levels 90 through 99 = Phoenix
Just plain Godly
Rule #1 (v4)

07/27/04 - Guild policy revised - Ativity Requirements: You must be active in the Guild. Members who turn into ghosts will be dropped. There is room in this Guild only for active members.

Rule #2 (v3)

08/11/05 - "The Boss" is the highest level character in the Guild. Everyone must show respect to "The Boss". He/She will remain the Boss until such time as (1) They die, (2) someone passes them up or (3) they leave the Guild.

There can not be two (2) Bosses. In the case of a tie the current Boss will retain the title until passed up.

This should not be confused with Class Bosses. Class Bosses are lower than the Guild Boss.
Rule #3 (v2)

08/23/03 - People killing (PK'ing) is not allowed unless in self defense. Dueling is not permitted unless BOTH parties agree

08/11/2005 - Please feel free to hunt down and kill any cheating people killers like the dogs they are. There are no rules governing how you do this. They don't don't play by the rules, so hunt them down without rules to hinder you!
Rule #4 (v1)

03/30/04 - Honor and Integrity are of paramount importance. Members who steal from another Member will be immediately banned from the Guild

This is the only banisment rule in the Guild.
Rule #6 (v2)

03/30/04 - Courtesy to other Members - Do not insult other Members, do not beg other Members for items or rushes -and  watch your language whether playing with Guild Members or not,. Remember you represent this Guild.

08/11/05 - Trash talking is both allowed and encouraged though!

Rule #8 (v1)

03/30/04 - "Rules" may be changed, altered, added to, or revised at the discretion of the Guild/Web Master.

New rules previously not posted may be added at the discretion of the Guild/Web Master.

Most rules will be tabled for discussion by the most active Guild members before implementation, however, the rules are in place to set a standard for all Members. The rules apply to all equally - there can be no other way
Rule #9 (v2)

07/27/04 - New members admitted into the Guild will be on an "Introductory" status that shall be for a duration of 30 days. This is in an effort to make sure that this guild, our Guild, is a good match for both the new member and the guild.
During this "introductory" period no awards may be earned.
Rule #11 (v3)

04/30/04 - The Matt Rule - No trash talking until you have a character that is at least level 80 and it's registered on the Ladder  or with the Guild
