Binding Spells
	Binding are spells used by Witches to prevent anyone from doing harm, either to themselves or to others.
				Write the name of the person that you wish not to harm you on a piece of paper. Now stare at the paper and visualized that person's face, visualize until you can vividly see their face imprinted on the paper. Then fold the paper three times and tie it with a black thread or string. Place it in a small air-tight container, fill the container with water and place it at the back of your freezer where it wont be disturbed saying: "Stay there and freeze, as long as I please"
					Spells to prevent someone from hurting himself: This binding spell should be done during the waning moon, and it only last for a month... Make a poppet of him. Take a lenght of white silk ribbon and bless it with clearing and clensing incenses. Bless the poppet with cleansing oil, Now with the silk ribbon, bind the poppet three times saying: "My will unto thee, your friendship to me, I bind you from harm, by using this charm, Three times Three, this is my will so mote it be" And secret the poppet away . you are now karmically bound, so be aware!
						This is the spell they used on the movie "The  Craft" get a picture of the person you wish to bind, and with a black ribbon or cord, wrap the picture three times... "I bind you __________ from doing harm, harm againts other people and harm againts yourself" Repeat saying the spell three times...
