This body is made-up of members and will assume the following Offices... The Servatrix The Chairman of the Body, this organizer sees to it that everything in the group is functioning properly. He acts as the Chief Officer in the Meetings and in the decision making. The Custos Tabularium This Council Member is in-charged of keeping the records for the entire group-meetings, membership records, books and other written data. The Dispensator This Council Member is in-charged of keeping the account of the group-contributions, finances, and other things regarding the money of the group. The Pacificator This Council Member is in-charged of keeping the group in order. He is responsible to do specific actions regarding the rules and regulations of the group. The Salutator This Council Member is assigned to call and assemble members for meetings and gatherings. He is responsible for dissemenating the information to all members. The Praeceptrix This Council Member is assigned to conduct lessons and to organize training. He is responsible of making the curriculum and gather new lessons for the group. The Praecursor This Council Member is in-charged of the physical security of the area of the Gathering. Scriptor This Council Member is in-charged of taking notes and meeting minutes, letters and communication. The Magister Ludi They are persons not necessarily with the group but possesses some knowledge on the Occult and Metaphysical Studies. They act as moderators and advisers of the group.
