Hi, and welcome to my new website, The Shining Sun.. for noew, this is just one of those pathetic websites that says "hi, I'm ___ and this is my website" You want more, you'll just have to come back another time..
My biggest problem is comming up with a good concept for this page.. I want to make a GOOD website, one that I will continuously update (unlike the sites I put up and never worked on aftewards)
A lot of the design and layout of this site will be done in CSS, and as a result, will be incompatible with some older browsers. Some new ones won't display it properly either, Netscape 6.2 doesn't do relative positioning properly when images are involved. - In case you're clueless as to what I'm talking about read the page layout section of Westciv's Complete CSS Guide
