Nipple Twist: 1.) Lie flat on your stomache. Hands out, and legs bent at the knees like in a turtle position. 2.) Curl your back slightly, so your chest, and upper abdomin only touch the floor. 3.) Use your hands to push yourself in a twisting motion. 4.) Remember to wear a shirt when you do this move or else your leave the floor with just one nipple. |

Headspin: [1] Do a handstand, so that your feet are in the air and you're using both your hands for support. Practice this and make sure you can stay up for a long time. Then try moving around in a circle by "walking" on your hands. [2] Move you legs as far apart as your comfortable with. Twist your hips in the opposite direction that you want to spin in. [3] Twist your hips back in the direction you want to spin in and bring you legs together in a circular motion to get momentum. You can also push off with your hands to help with speed. [4] This should give you anywhere from half a rotation to a full rotation at first. Once you're spinning your hands come off the floor and you use them for balance. [5] You could leave it at that, but once you've got to a full rotation and you want to keep going, you bring your hands down and push off again. You can wear a hat too if you don't want to mess with your head. |

The Turtle: [1] Start in a kneeling position with both of your knees on the ground, and your thighs apart. Your legs should be spread a little and bent up at the knee to help maintain balance. [2] Lift your body with your hands. Keep you elbows bent at a 90 degree angle and under your body. Your hands go straight from your chest to the ground. [3] Keep your elbows on your hips not in your stomache or at your side. Keep your hands apart. [4] You move by "walking" on your hands in a pattern like a figure-eight on the floor as you spin. [5] The spin is continued by shifting your weight from one hand to the next as you rotate and move your hands under your body. |

Handspin: In the move, you spin your whole body on one hand. This may sound hard for beginners, but is actually pretty simple. First to get used to having all your weight on your hands you should practice handstands. After you got handstands down, practice some one-handed stalls. AiGhT, now you are ready to try this move. First go into a float. Now, what you want to do is plant your elbow by your hip. (a little to the side) Now slowly use your other hand to spin your body on that elbow you have planted. This will take awhile to perfect. If you have perfected it, try to let go of your other hand and spin on one arm. |
