Toya came as a surpise to me, I remember walking down the aisle of a music store and picking up the CD and put it back without thinking too much about it. Then I heard some of her music and it blew me away. The first time I heard "I Do!!" I loved it, and that's a rare thing for me cause I usually have to hear the song 2 or 3 times until I pass judgement. And her second single "No Matta What (Party All Night)" was even better! Here's what I think of the CD:

1. No Matta What (Party All Night) - By FAR the best song on the CD. I've never skipped it once. You'll see what I mean once you hear it. 10/10

2. How Can I Be Down - Great uptempo song, could easily be a single but that is anyone's guess. 9/10

3. I Do!!! - An explosive first single, one listen and you'll be hooked. A beat you can't resist. 10/10

4. The Truth - Definate old school style to it, but it still has Toya's fresh sound to it. 8.5/10

5. Think - Toya takes a different tone to handle this one, she still pulls it off. 7.5/10

6. Don't Make Me - Sounds a lot like track 2 but makes up for it in the verses. 8/10

7. Moving On - The first mellow song on the CD, I think Toya does a really great job on it. 9/10

8. What Else Can I Do - An okay song but a little more here and there would have helped. 7/10

9. Untouchables feat. Penelope - Great song, awesome beat but I'm not fond of Penelope's part in it. 8.5/10

10. Book Of Love feat. Loon - Usually non-singles are not singles for a reason but this song breaks the wall down. Toya and Loon have real chemistry together. 2nd best song on the CD. 10/10

11. What's A Girl To Do - Another exceptional song, I'm thinking 4th single off the CD after Book Of Love. 9.5/10

12. I Messed Up - Toya's one of those girls you wished you had. This song is great. 9/10

13. Bounce - It'll definately make you bounce, High energy dance song. 8.5/10

14. Fiasco feat. T.I. - An uptempo dance song, It's pretty good. 8/10

15. I Do Pt. 2 - I like the first one better but this one isn't bad. 7/10

Toya lays down some great tracks for her debut album. She can only get better. I can't wait for another single. She's got attitude, style, grace, etc. Toya will appeal to you if you like Aaliyah, Olivia, Ashanti, Usher, or Mya. If you read my entire review then stop stalling and go out and buy the CD.
