| Charging and Blessing Herbal Charms |
| Charms can be put in a purse, pocket, bra, car, hung in the house....anywhere. I usually make them out of a small piece of cloth with some mixed herbs inside. First, you can set the herbs in a morter and pestal (if you have one, if not just mix them with your hands) and imagine postive energy going into them. See the white light coming from your hands while you mix them and know that they are cleanesed and charged. Imagine your goal manifesting. For example, if your using a charm for money because you need some extra money to buy something, imagine buying the item at the store. Imagine going home with the item. You have to visualize already having the item, imagine that it worked. Make sure you know that it will work, dont just hope it will, but know it will. The put the herbs in the char, bag, close it up and put it on your altar (if you have one) and call on the God and Goddess and ask them to bless it.. It can be as simple or complicated as you make it. For example, you can say something like this: "My Lord and Lady, Mother Goddess and Father God, I ask that you bless this charm to bring (say either love, money, protecion, luck, etc) into my life. I ask that all the negativity and bad energy be banished from the herbs, and blessings befall on me and the charm." Then if you want you can take salt water and sprinkle it on the charm asking the element of water and earth to bless it, and do the same with a candle for fire and incense or a feather for air. Then say: "In the name of the Lord and Lady and the elements of earth, air fire and water, this charm is blessed." |
