Acting is Great! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Hi, My name is Damien Barber and I love acting! I have been in quite a few plays and I am only 18. I just finished working on a pilot for a sit-com. Acting should be fun. If you are going to be an actor, you have to have fun doing it. To me it is a lot of fun, though it takes hard work and dedication. I would like to say something about my first Drama Teacher, and the first Director that I ever worked with, Joe Petrolia. He taught me everything I know about theatre, though I already had "the natural ability to act," as he has said to me on more than one occasion. He taught me all about acting, and has inspired me to become a great actor. |

Ad Lib- making things up that are not in the script. This can be used in the case of someone forgetting a line or something else going wrong. Sometimes the writer of a play will write in an ad lib section.. This means for everyone to start talking in a jumbled mess until a certain time when someone breaks it up. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
