Subject: Now what?

The results are in and unbelievably, 66% of the union voted no. Thanks to you all.....

Now, on a friday night, I'm sitting at home pondering the next few weeks whether to a) wait it out b) consider the year a wash c) apply elsewhere d) sue the University for non-delivery of the service of my education (and please all you law students out there, please don't lecture us on how we can't... ) or, or...OR ?

This is terribly sad, what a loss to the 33,000 students waiting this out only to be kicked when we're down. So my question is: what are we going to do about it??? Any suggestions??? Rallies?? Sit ins?? ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!!! I'm prepared to march back onto campus if any professor is willing to teach. I'D BE PREPARED TO MARCH BACK AND SIT IN CLASS UNTIL SOMEONE SHOWED UP BECAUSE I'M TIRED OF THESE PEOPLE RUNNING INTERFERENCE WITH MY LIFE AND EXPECTING ME TO STAY HOME ONE MORE MINUTE!!!!!! Let me know when and I'll be there. I REFUSE to wait any longer while this NONSENSE continues. In the real world, you don't sit in an hospital emergency room for 8 hours without kicking up a fuss... This is our school so undergrads - we either take it back or we sit back and continue to watch the change in seasons....... what's it going to be??
