| We went to Liverpool back in November of last year. When we headed out there our driver (Wolchuk) got lost three times. at the same spot. We missed a turn off everytime. When we finally made it into Liverpool it was a whole new story. Every hotel was booked because of a concert that was going on. The last hotel on the list was the only place with any room left. We went out that night and had mexican food at a little hole in the wall resturant. Food was pretty spicy but the corona's made it that much easier to swallow. All togther we all had a great time. The next morning we were in search of all of our our temple Anfield Stadium. When made it out to around the spot where it should have been, we found this quiet little pub and decided to ask for directions. When we walked in everyone there was way friendly, and asked us to have a pint, then they would tell us where it was. We sat around watching the Everton game, Rooney became Alyssa's favorite player. Then we were off to Anfield with a "Cheer's" to the locals. When we arrived it was amazing to see the stadium in all its vast glory. We did some shoping and enjoyed looking at every thing they had. (We need to go back to that store) Then we headed home, enjoy the pictures.... |
