Education Understanding Friendship Equality

Located in the greater Cleveland-Akron-Canton Ohio area, The Switching Network is open to all who practice or are interested in BDSM, D/s or Fetish Lifestyles, and are at least 21 years of age.

Those who enjoy alternating between the Dominant and submissive roles of BDSM practice are known as "switches."   In the past some people have felt pressured to choose and maintain one role or the other.  We in The Switching Network see no need to make this choice.

The members of The Switching Network are comfortable and confident with our interests in BDSM.  We feel that the willingness to explore both sides of a Top/Bottom or D/s relationship opens up greater possibilites to the individal, both male and female.  We have no expectations of who should assume which role, men are encouraged to show submission or 'bottom' if that is their interest, women are free to dominate or 'top.'   For those new to the scene or feel they have not yet fulfilled all of their interests in D/s, our group might be right for you.

Our mission is to provide support, education, advice and most of all friendship to anyone who has an interest in BDSM.  We consider the submissive to be an equal partner with equal rights, particularly with regard to physical and emotional safety.

What's New

Regular SwitchNet activites have been merged into those of Carpe Diem, Smart , and North Coast Bound.  Occasional meetings and events may be posted on the Yahoo group site listed below.  Please stop by and post a note. If you would like to exchange any ideas about switching please feel free to contact me at: dsm909@yahoo.com . 

Check out a new community site called Good-n-Kinky.com  . The open-forum posting allowed on any page allows for a great way to learn and interact at the same time.  While there stop by the  ServiceExchange topic for information about a new way to meet kinky people.
