Good Times: The Bigamy and Betral
After being assumed dead, James Evans return to his old Chicago
Public Housing Project. He learned from Wanda that his family and
Willona have moved to some condos in Bakersfield, CA. Through a missing
persons agency, James learns their addresses. While flying in the
first-class passenger deck, James has an encounter with Sweet Daddy's
old former right-hand man Bad News. After James almost beats him, Bad
News tells James he had Sweet Daddy killed because his henchmen had him
sent to the North Pole. James is annoyed because Nathan Bookman is
snoring loud on the plane. From this designation, he catches a cab to
Flordia's condo. He barges into the condo and demands why did he leave
him. She thought he was killed in an automobile acccident so she
married Carl Dixion who later died of cancer in 1978. After he tells he
was on life support for three years, Flordia realizes she was a
bigamist for a three years. J.J. Thelma, Keith Jr., Micheal and Willona visits. J.J. is the CEO of his own comic
book company named Dyno-Mite Comics. Thelma Evans-Anderson, a divorcee, is the mother of
her former husband,Chicago Bears Keith Anderson. She is dance chroegrapher. Micheal, who is single, is a
California Supreme Court Judge. Willona Woods, is a retire V.P. of a major
clothing retailer.
Presently, for a part time, job she acts like a "Dear Abby" for a
newspaper. Flordia is now a retired practical nurse and a retired
school bus driver. Due to Penny's Woods job assignment, she can't be
here. She is a counsler for trouble teens. Keith Jr. is currently in
Cal U. Finally, James is a retired Vice-President of a major Construction Company. One of the Evans' least
favorite people help them "reunite" their family. "Alderman" Fred Davis is
now a family physchologist. Through old stories, the Good Times
relieve their hostilites and frustrations.
