Directions: From I-70, Exit 44, South on I 675 to Exit 24 (Marked for WPAFB) this merges with 
SR-444.  South on SR-444 to gate 12A (Gate 8C is closed).  After passing through the gate take 
first left onto Spruce Way, turn left onto San Antonio (get into right lane immediately), turn 
right onto Hebble Creek Road to main Fam-Camp.
OR continue South on I-675 to Exit 17 to Gate 15A.  After passing through Gate 15A 
take first left onto Hebble Creek Road. Do not make any right turns off of Hebble Creek Road 
except for entry into either the main Fam-Camp or Annex.  Hebble Creek Road changes to 
Riverview Road shortly after passing the main Fam-Camp.  The Annex is 3.8 miles past the 
main Fam-Camp.  You must use the Annex from 10/16 - 4/14.

Notes: Both camps have 30/50 Amp electric. The nearest phone from the Annex is behind the 
Fam-Camp at the Rec Hall in the Bass Lake Rec Area.
According to the park manager, the new 40 site Fam-Camp with W/S/E has been proposed and will be 
built in the area of the Annex and the current Annex will become an overflow area.

Input from members: Don, I visited the new Wright-Patterson AFB Famcamp today and talked to the manager. They have about 10 sites open on temp basis with water and electric. It is under full construction now and scheduled for completion in mid October. Will have 54 sites with 50 amp electric, water, sewer and cable TV. Also will have laundry facilities. The old site will be closed and locked down when new site is done. New site is at the far Northwest part of Patterson Field. Map has been annotated and is attached for your Street Atlas maps.

Wright-Patterson's new campground is fully open as of 16 Oct 00. New price is $16.00. Old camp will be overflow, Annex is closed.
