December 2003 - LUNCH - We had a an excellent Sunday lunch at the San Giuliano restaurant in Spinola, St Julians. The setting, overlooking the bay is invaluable. The menu was varied with a wide choice of Italian dishes, perhaps leaning to Maltese tastes. It is well recommended.
December 2003 - CAR-HIRE - This is the second time I had a problem with my car hire; this time no power steering, and it suffered a flat battery. This is probably the last time I use this firm - I won't mention the name online, but if you want to know, drop me a line. Suggestion: choose a branded car-hire firm. Franchisees usually have to maintain standards!
