A free download software. It tells you what the tide action is
like in Sri Lanka or Cape Horn. It covers.. Africa, Arctic,
Australia, Britain, Europe, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, NE
America, NW America, NW America, SE America with(Oceania ). It
also allows you to calculate details for anchoring in any of those
spots and "water under the keel" info. Lots of goodies. It is good
for 6 months and is re-newable.
This is a freeware Tide program that I have found useful. It was
originally a Unix programs that was ported to Windows.
A commercial hurricane tracking program. Not only can you track
storms yourself, but there is an extensive library of old storms
which are completely plotted. You can download it free and see if
you like it but have limited input options until you send them
$19.95 to register it.
This is a "freeware" true Windows 95 program. SeaClear is a
charting aid, which, when connected to a GPS, will display the
ship on a chart, as well as current position, speed and direction.
New charts are loaded as needed when set up for automatic loading.
The track may be traced to a file. Routes may be created and used
to assist in the navigation.
