I Ballroom and Latin dancing….

I used to dance at the University of East Anglia, Norwich, England. The picture on the right is of my partner, Sharmeen and I, shortly before a competition….(When we actually got into the finals, much to our surprise !).

 

Now Moira and I just go to Salsa clubs… !

I used to fence….

Although this certificate was for foil I used to fence sabre, 'cos it was more fun !

By the way, did you know the queen fenced ? I didn't...(OK, bad joke..)

At the moment, in my free time Estoy aprendiendo español… Pero todavia hablo como un giri !

Also, I'm writing a book set in the late 17th century - lots of slapping of thighs, duels at midnight, running naked through nunnerys...that sort of thing...Click here for useful historical links.
