This is the beach at hotel Anse Chastanet near the town of Soufriere on the southwest side of the island.
St. Lucia's resorts are mainly in the northwest part of the island
where the best beaches are located. Driving is on the left and the roads are poor
but scenic. Lush, green foilage everywhere. Very poor island but friendly
people.
