George McClellan -- 1864

Gold & Silver Issue -- 1896.

U.S. Grant -- 1868.

Bryan - Stevenson.

This is an original William Jennings Bryan political pinback button from either his 1896, 1900, or 1908 campaign. I was unable to find this one in any of my price guides. It measures a little less than 1 and 1/2 of an inch in diameter. I think the rim is made of copper and there is what appears to be what's left of a ribbon still stuck in the back of the button. The back paper is still intact and reads: "M. Gerber, Jobber, Novelties & Buttons, Phila. PA". The colors are still sharp and vivid. The only thing keeping this button from being in perfect condition are a few scratches to the celluloid.
